Review: Ugo Degrazia of Hartford CT came to my home due to flooding I was having in my furnace room. I was told the problem and job were all set some hours later. I was left with wet carpeting and things seemed to be fine. Well this year the old problem was still there my back room was all wet. so I called Huge Degrazia Heating and cooling in Hartford Ct. I was given a very hard time sine I had not paid my bill due to a lot of personal things like my dear mother dying. I wrote and told him they had to come out and fix the job that was not done correctly. He has given me problems about coming out and fixing his companies mess that I am left with. He has yelled at me like a wild man and refuses to come and fix the problem and keeps putting me off. this has effected my asthma and psoriasis terribly so now I have to go to the Dr. I tried to make minimal payments with him, he gave me a hard time. The problem is with the humidifier leaking.Desired Settlement: I want this problem taken care of immediatly and since Ugo Degrazia is causing me health problem that all charges be dropped. This business was good in the past, sine the son took over it is the worst. This needs to be fixed due to health issues! I am disabled also.

First and foremost, we regrettably apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred during our last conversation by phone with this customer. At no point during any of our communication did any unprofessionalism occur. Quite the contrary, we were very considerate of this customer’s continuous hardship and personal issues.
I've been using Ugo Digrazia for all my HVAC and water heater installation and service for nearly 30 years. I have always found that they do a great job and at very fair prices. The workmen are courteous and efficient and always leave a clean job site. I would highly recommend them and do so to all my friends.
