I am completely baffled that they continue to fabricate an incident that never happenedNot once was a model number asked for not once until they tried to retrieve the refrigerator did they knock on our doorNot once did they call me or my husband about a model number and there was so much more wrong with it than just a drawerThe fact that they continue to attempt to lie their way out of the worst costumer service experience I have ever had not only frustrates me but makes me feel bad for the other customers that have to deal with themThey want to discuss only the drawer and ignore all the other issues we hadI do not know what else to do but iI can not simply sit by and allow a company to treat people this way

Per our Bellevue store’s general manager, *** ***, after we delivered the refrigerator the customer mentioned the drawer was busted. *** told Mr*** that we would need the full model number off of the refrigerator to start and we would be happy to either come and get the number from
him or he could call *** directly with it, however, we were unable to get Mr*** to agree to a time for us to come out. Our store also made several attempts to stop by, but no one answered the door. Regarding the customer calling daily during a period of a “few months,” they actually only had the refrigerator for a total of weeksWe picked the refrigerator up days late and while there *** asked Mr*** if he would be able to do a one week payment and make another payment when he got paid. Mr*** told *** he could not because he was broke due to buying medication for his mother

They did not ask for any number never called my husband as they did not have his number would have had to reach him thru me and only came to our house twice which no one was home and that was to try to get the fridgePart of their response is false

Per the Bellevue store, Mr. [redacted] was told that we needed the model number while Mr. [redacted] was physically inside of the store.  As previously stated, we were unable to get a commitment from Mr. [redacted] to allow us to schedule a time to come by the house to retrieve the model number ourselves, nor did he ever call the store with the model number himself. We insist that we made several attempts to stop by the home, but again, no one answered the door.  We sincerely apologize for the customer’s frustration, but feel that we made every attempt to right the situation before the refrigerator was picked up.

In the end all I could really ask for is them to acknowledge their wrong doings and apologize. I know I am unable to get any money returned for the weeks we had to use a broken refrigerator. It was just a horrible experience that was a problem from day one. They continue to dwell on the broken drawer when there is a whole list of complaints I had. In the end it is a he said she said situation. I have now realized they are not going to take responsibility for their actions the lies just keep coming from their end. It saddens me that other people who are desperate for something are going to be drawn in like we were then treated like trash and be unaware of their hidden rules not in the lease agreement but will be used when they see fit. I guess I just wanted them to take some responsibility for their treatment of us but I am realizing that to be an unattainable dream.
