In response to the complaint letter received on March 28, regarding [redacted] Jewelers Inchas not purchased any jewelry from [redacted] ***, Nor does [redacted] Jewelers inc, purchase jewelry from the public [redacted] along with another gentleman came into [redacted] Jewelers to get a verbal evaluation on the jewelry that [redacted] had in his possessionAs I recall, it was my professional opinion at the time that most of the jewelry was in bad shape as well as many broken and nicked diamondsI do not recall the value that was given to him for each piece of jewelry, but a drastic drop in price is due to the neglect and wear on the jewelryWe also did not charge [redacted] for the evaluationI'm percent sure that when Heritage gave [redacted] the estimate of $ 29,946.70, that was a retail replacement price and not a purchase priceIt is also my understanding that the gentleman that was with him was the one that was interested in purchasing the jewelry from [redacted] ***We were quite shocked at the complaint as this is our first in years of business[redacted] Jewelers Inc

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is not telling the truth about what took place in his office period!!! He gave me $cash in $dollar bills for the jewelryThe person that took over to *** Jewelers goes by the name of *** and *** *** knows himHe did not tell me every that he was interested in buying the jewelry periodAs a matter of fact I ran in to *** at HEB and ask him want went over at ***s Jewelry and he told me that he not want the jewelry and that *** *** bought the Jewelry period!!! Either *** is lying or *** lyingI feel that they were both in together and they cheated me out of my jewelry because I did not know the value of the jewelry at that timeThis is wrong and they both need to come clean about what they didYou can let them this and I will be waiting to hear a response from either *** or *** about this matter LET ME REPEAT THAT I HAD KNOW IDEA ABOUT THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE JEWELRY UNTIL HERRITAGE APPRAISAL TOLD ME WHAT IS WAS WORTHI WANT TO THANK THE Revdex.com FOR ALL THEIR HELP IN THIS MATTER AND I HOPE WE CAN RESOLVE ITIF NOT I WILL NEVER ACCEPT WHAT *** *** AND *** DID TO ME PERIOD'IT WAS WRONG'THANKS AGAIN ***
