I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].
1.) The seller does not accurately describe the incident in his response and as proof I included supporting documentation with my Revdex.com complaint.
2.) The seller did not refund the original purchase price as he states, rather he forced me to open a claim with [redacted] who agreed in my favor and [redacted] refunded my money.
3.) Oddly, although the seller has said in his response that he will not refund me the cost of shipping the defective item back he now has done just that.
