I was contacted in regards to the case [redacted]. I had been contracted to make wedding shot glasses as wedding favors by someone named [redacted] placed the order on etsy with the agreement that she would pick up the items upon completion. She was contacted numerous times by employees of mine and...

told that her items were available for pickup at my studio, located here in town. She then proceeded to block my on Facebook, cutting off contact with her. She did not come to pick up the items or respond to my employees. She wrote a posting on Facebook that was screenshot and sent to me claiming that she tried to pick them up but my studio no longer existed. The studio does exist, it is open and staffed during the posted hours, so she is clearly lying. She also announced to Facebook that she had changed her wedding date, and her customized shot glasses now had the wrong date, even though the date I had customized them with was the date that she had provided. It is my belief that she is attempting to scam my company out of the order because she suddenly changed her wedding date and now could not use the items she had originally purchased. By blocking me on Facebook, she took away my ability to communicate with her. Unfortunately, I spent the time and money to purchase materials and customize her items. I cannot control what happens in her life or her need to change her wedding date, but I did fulfill my end of the obligation as a business. Please remember that facebook has a record of all people that u block and I have proof/witnesses that she isnt on my block list. I never was contacted by her or her so call workers about my order. She can say whatever she wants. From this moment I will not waste anymore of my precious time on her. I will give her til the end of Sept to give me my full refund, which is $300. If she fails to do so, I will have to take action and take her to court. Please be advise that when I do, she will be responsible for my full refund, for the total of the new purchases, court fees and attorney fees. thanks
