This is in responds to the complain by [redacted] of [redacted], Silver spring MD [redacted] regarding the services we provided to them. It is unfortunate that felt that we are not honest with our solemn pledge to our clients.But they fail to see that the mistake was not a calculation error...

that originated from us, rather the information that they provided to us was not verifiable by the internal Revenue. we prepared the taxes based on the information provided by them and when the internal Revenue asked for verification it is their responsibility to provide them with prove as requested by the IRS, there was nothing to show that it was an error from us.We are open to looking out for all our clients especially when they have to face this kind of challenge, but we don't accept liability of their own mistake. In their case we toid them what documents they should send to the IRS to prove that they were in school and qualify to claim education credit and that form has to be issued by school i.e. (Form 1098T) or copy of receipts showing that tuition was paid so they can get the credits.However, our Solemn promise says that we are responsible for interest and penalty as a result of any mistake from us. If there is prove that error is due to the information they did not give us, Sure we will honor our solemn pledge, otherwise we wit not be liable.hope this response will be able to bring a resolution to this matter, if have any question, please feel free to contact us either by phone or email.
