If I could give them no stars I wouldThe worst service I've ever hadI contacted an employee called Ronan at am and told him that I'm a bit in a rushHe said it would take less than minutesafter two hours no body called back so I gave them a call and left him a message at the secretary as he was busyafter another two hours I got a call back from him and he said that he needs more time!! I gave him another two hours (time as close to pm and I was afraid they'd close)He said oh yeah can you wait please?, he left me on the line for around minutes and then said "yeah I've just got a response from the insurer"! He obviously was now contacting them and doing his jobHe said though I still need a few minutes and I promise I'd get back to you, in minutes I promiseafter minutes nothing was received so I sent him saying that I need to speak to his managerIn two minutes I received a call from a very rude lady who started defending Ronan without listening! If I say it's been taking hours and normally companies do it in minutes she'd say yeah every company is differentIf I say he kept me waiting without even updating me, she'd say yeah he's busy!! what a very unprofessional rude attitudeDon't blame Ronan any more if the management there is like that! A full day wasted waiting, ended up with no results, with frustration and without even an apology!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Dear Sir/Madam I have bought tenant insurance with this company, on March 1st for one year, it renewed automatically after a year, now I am moving to new house and I don't need tenant insurance anymore and it has left months to pay, I wanted to cancel tenant insurance as I moved out, they said I will have to pay $cancellation fee to them and whatever insurance company charged me because they are broker, I told them my whole situation, they don't want to help me and want $plus cancellation fees [redacted] ***

I dealt with Ronan and then his manager LindseyRonan was always slow at getting back to me (they should really have direct lines to their agents), and after having asked him what I required for the insurance binder, he said everything was ok when in the end it wasn'tSpoke to both himself and his manager and they wanted to charge me $cancellation for their own wrongdoingHighly unrecommended

They treated my partner and I very poorly, taking our money when they didn't even provide the service they had initially promised toNot happy at all!

I met today with a representative (Kim) of this insurance company to get an insurance policy covering two carsAs I am already insured for one car with another broker, I was told to go and cancel that policyWhen we agreed upon the insurance fees, the representative presented me with a bunch of forms to sign to seal the dealUpon reading the forms I saw a form which showed I was to pay a $penalty if I cancel the insurance before the end of the contract (which is one year)I was very hesitant about signing such document as I did not know whether I could get out of my policy with the other provider, and secondly because I might be relocating to another province before the end of the contract year
She assured me I could void the policy before 6PM of the same day I signed the insurance policy and there would be no penalty for tha

There is only ones insurance company I trust since then ,It's intact Berk Bilgen Insurance .With great customer service and happy to assist with client and paying attention to the details and needs of the client .There is only one who stands out its Ms Holly Webber she helped me from the start and always there exceed my expectation.Great Job Holly!Amazing staff
