Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/04/14) */ We have a toll-free number that is listed that you didn't call It seems fairly clear that you aren't interested in just securing your gift, even though it doesn't sound like you were qualifiedSimply call our toll free number provide the information about the location, date and time along with your name and we wil verify your eligibility and send you the gifts accordingly We don't have anyone named Stan that works for us? Nor have we ever had someone named [redacted] We do have a [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 9, 2017/04/24) */ I attempted to call Mr [redacted] but he was in a meetingPerhaps he will get back with meMr [redacted] called me at home and took all my information on the day of the meeting,Feb28, even though they had all that already and said the gifts would be sentI called him back and he said again that they would be sent but they have not arrived so please do not close my complaint. My second conversation with Mr [redacted] was on March 16,allowing weeks for delivery Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2017/04/24) */ The qualifications for the tablet and restaurant certificate are part of the letter and the marketing company makes those determinations Stan, that you keep referencing, must work for the marketing companyThey need to supply you with the things they agreed to They told us not to do that

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/12/14) */ we are in process of fulfillment on this file! Mr [redacted] has not, to my knowledge ever contacted our office regarding this dispute! The timing on any transfer and the customer's right to consider the contract in a state of non-performance is clearly indicated on our contract It is not within days of receiving payment and to expect that is unreasonable nor does it comply with the contract that is signed and agreed to by the client Mr***, is completely reckless and obviously not aware of the terms and conditions of the agreement the toll free number is completely functional and we answer calls on it every dayseveral a dayIt still amazes me how people who have been lead astray by other companies to place them in these horrible positions with Timeshare ownership feel the need to project their vitreous on those of us that are trying our hardest to exit them! Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2016/12/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Phone call from [redacted] explained the status of our businessPlease withdraw complaint

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/04/03) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] Interesting, this customer doesn't mention the android tablet that she received? our Consultants are very passionate and help hundreds of people a month solving incalculable problems that they have created themselvesI have personally been in meetings where customers became confrontational and hostileWe don't feel that people we meet can become difficult and obtuse and expect our people to not take issue with that Characterizing our presentation as a sales process is inaccurateWe present the current state of timeshare and ownershipWe have people who choose from that information to make changes that we help them with the $is once a year for taxesIt isn't per monthThe restaurant certificate is $per year and is sent out per month in $increments We have never had one customer complain about this nominal fee for taxes and they have all received the certificate for $We have provided the $certificate just as we described Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2017/04/05) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] As you can see from the letter, we were promised a $gift certificate, not something you have to pay money $processing fee for or that you get in $incrementsThat is advertisingAlso, nothing was disclosed regarding time shares and further more, they won't help anyone until they get personal informationThey already know you have a time share, they have your name, address but they WILL NOT give you any help until they have moreSo what they are doing is basing the additional information for the dollar amount that they are going to charge youFrankly, all I want is what was promised me and that is the $restaurant gift certificate without additional cost or in monthly increments Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2017/04/24) */ This is always amazing to mePeople come, receive free tablets worth over $and a gift certificate, just as they were told, and want moreIt is the state of our country that we have ingrates who want to take and take and then complain it wasn't enough It's embarrassing Curious that this person doesn't admit to thatThese people usually want to give their friends and family additional giftsWe are only allowed to provide the exact specifications of the offerNo more and no less

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/02/28) */ This customer is obviously more interested in threatening, bullying and intimidating than in resolutionOur address, contact information, phone numbers and even names are on our documentation, our website....even the ether busiess bureau has it I am the managing partner and I have not had one call or email or contact from him Typical of hysterical, mean spirited peopleWe meet with hundreds of people every week and have given away tens of thousands of dollars in giftsWe arent perfect and would happily send gifts to anyone that is due them We don't feel that it's right to use such tactics to make things rightThis is the sort of unfair treatment that some people think is appropriate It isn't The crazier thing is we help thousands of people a year exit their burdensome maintenance feesWe didn't put these people in these relationships where they owe sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars but we do help them get outUnreal, that with all of that good we work so hard to accomplish we have to deal with people who confuse us with those that sold them the timeshare in the first place They are really angry with them and helpless to do anything about it so they act out their frustrations against us Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 14, 2017/03/10) */ This complaint was administratively closed on 3/3/A Revdex.com email from 5:01pm on 3/1/states "Please be sure to indicate whether the company's response is satisfactory or not within ten (10) days." That deadline is not until tomorrow (3/11/2017) It's unfortunate that my work schedule does not permit me to respond in Capital Consulting Group's representatives' desired time frame I filed my complaint after this organization failed to provide products as promised at 7:02pm on 2/28/ An email from [redacted] "one of the owners of Capital Consulting Company" was sent to me at 8:28pm 2/28/I did not receive this until 3/4/due to my work schedule and I promptly respondedHis emails as well as my response are included below An anonymous "managing partner" from Capital Consulting Group posted a rebuttal to the Revdex.com by 5:01pm 3/1/This "rebuttal" was nothing more than a reprehensible, unfounded personal attackIt's very concerning to my family and I that people capable of responding in such a vile manner have our personal information The responses from this company's representatives are very suspiciousFor example, [redacted] states he is "one of the owners of Capital Consulting Company"The Revdex.com along with this company's representatives at the lecture stated it is CCG or Capital Consulting GroupThey NEVER said Capital Consulting Company or CCCMembers of a professional organization should know the name of their company and would send out company correspondence on company letterhead with a professional signatureNone of that was present in Mr [redacted] ' email The anonymous author of the Revdex.com rebuttal made baseless accusations that didn't address my complaint at allIt was also rife with grammar and spelling errors (ether busiess bureau for example)I can not imagine a professional organization like Google or IBM responding in such a mannerAn organization that can "help thousands of people a year" with "teams that are all over the country" should ensure someone literate proof reads any company correspondence before it is sentIf this organization can't afford to invest in a spellchecker, they could have paid attention to the spell checker integrated into the Revdex.com comment boxes for free When Mr [redacted] replied to my email, he started off by "imagining" their representatives were "a little busy" and that's why we didn't receive our giftsHe then goes on to ask me to provide information he should easily have access toI have worked in customer service and personally handled over 50,customersI could retrieve information on any one by name, address or various other information in minutesThis is when I decided any further communication would only be on the Revdex.com site It's also suspicious that an organization has "teams that are all over the country" plus a gift team that handles appointments but "owners" are responding instead of customer service representatives The undisputed facts of this case are: Capital Consulting Group sent me an award letter by mailI did not contact them prior to receiving this The Capital Consulting Group award letter stated I won a tablet and gift card with "no purchase required" The Capital Consulting Group representative at the number on the award letter stated my wife and I had to attend a 90-minute presentation to receive our gifts The Capital Consulting Group representative then provided me with the date and time to arrive at the [redacted] , Ky [redacted] in December My wife and I attended this minute "presentation" for over two hours where they discussed Florida's House Bill affecting timeshare reselling then proceeded to try to get us to pay them thousands of dollars to relieve us of a timeshare we enjoy No one (Mr [redacted] or the anonymous Revdex.com author)denies we attended this meeting We did not receive our gifts that day after repeated reminders or in the nearly months since We have not received our gifts in the days since this matter has had the personal attention of two "partners/owners" of Capital Consulting Group If there was any intention of providing gifts without a purchase of thousands of dollars, they would have been provided by now Capital Consulting Group representatives should attach a copy of my award letter to this Revdex.com complaintThis will clearly identify who is being truthful in this matter ________________________________________ From: [redacted] mailto: [redacted] @ [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, February 28, XXXX X:XX PM To: [redacted] @ [redacted] Subject: Call me I'm one of the owners of Capital Consulting Company Why didn't you reach out to anyone about not getting gifted, including me? My contact information, personal information, is on better business and our phone number is listed etc! We have teams that are all over the country talking to hundreds of people every weekCurious that you were the only one who didn't receive a gift? This is my personal cell Call Me [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX Thanks for your email, Mr [redacted] In response to your questions: Why didn't you reach out to anyone about not getting gifted, including me? We reached out to four members of your team that day, repeatedlyThat should have been sufficient if any of them intended to provide our giftsWe had no contact information for anyoneYour salesman took our letter which was the only thing we had with a phone number on it and that was to your gift departmentWe attended a 90-minute sales presentation for over two hours and talked to several people and you think we (the customer) should have done more? My contact information, personal information, is on better business and our phone number is listed etc! The only information I had was on the award letter you sent from Florida that your salesman collected the minute we arrivedThe one that states no purchase requiredOther than that, we had CCG and Capital Consulting Group that was mentioned during the sales presentationYour salesmen didn't provide business cards and took every piece of paper with them when they went to get our gifts but only managed to return with another salesmanTry doing a Revdex.com or Google search for CCG Florida or Capital Consulting Group FloridaI recently found the envelope that the award letter came in and that had your address of [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] XXXXXI added this address to my searches and was FINALLY able to locate your companyBy the time I was able to accomplish this, more than enough time had passed [redacted] us to receive our gifts if they were actually going to provided We have teams that are all over the country talking to hundreds of people every weekCurious that you were the only one who didn't receive a gift? Curious that out of eight teams "talking to hundreds of people every week", we managed to get the only four salesmen that couldn't remember to bring our gifts even after being reminded multiple timesIn fact, our salesman told us when he took our letter upon arrival that he needed that to process our giftsThis gave us the impression they had them thereWe sat down prior to the sales presentation, so our salesman could collect all our information and fill out his survey and we told him that we had to go to work that afternoonHe even asked about our jobsAs this sales presentation dragged on, we reminded him that we had to go to work and asked about our giftsWhen he finally went to check on our gifts, he returned with another salesman but no giftsWe told them both we needed to leave and after several more minutes of listening to them both and telling them we weren't buying anything, they left to check on our giftsOur salesman returned again with another salesman and no giftsWe explained again that we needed to leave so we wouldn't be late and asked for our giftsThey eventually left and our salesman returned yet again with another salesman and no giftsBy now, we had been there well over two hours and told them we had to go to work, we're not buying anything and they could mail our gifts since they had all of our informationMy wife and I exceeded our obligationsYour team had multiple opportunities over several hours to uphold theirs and failed From: [redacted] mailto: [redacted] @ [redacted] Sent: Saturday, March 04, XXXX XX:XX PM To: [redacted] @ [redacted] Subject: Re: Call me No one is perfect Mr [redacted] I'm imagining that they were a little busy with several people not including you both Where was the meeting? When? As for them not leaving you any contact information, that's rare indeedIf they are salespeople, as you insinuate, it wo Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 19, 2017/03/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Regarding [redacted] ' comments: We need to know where it was and when so we can check our records to see what is what Had the representatives of Capital Consulting Group (or Capital Consulting Company, whoever they are claiming to be today) actually read my previous response, they would know that I stated we were "at the [redacted] , Ky [redacted] in December 2015"I made a mistake and said when it was actually December I also stated "We did not receive our gifts that day after repeated reminders or in the nearly months since" so it should have been obvious to anyone of average intelligence that I was talking about December Either way, it should have been very easy for a company with only teams to determine which one was at the [redacted] in [redacted] , Kentucky in DecemberThey should have a calendar with the schedules of all these teams so everyone knows where they are going and when but this is an organization that can't afford a spell checker so they probably can't afford a calendar eitherA typical organization would also have a person in charge of each teamAll they should have to do is contact the team leaders and ask who was at the [redacted] in [redacted] , Kentucky in DecemberThis should have been very easy and could have been accomplished in a matter of minutesThese days, it is well within the capability of any year old child to call, text or email of their friends and ask them if they were in [redacted] , Kentucky in DecemberUnfortunately, the representatives of Capital Consulting Group haven't managed to accomplish this after nearly four weeks of this matter having the personal attention of possibly two of the company's ownersIf calling, texting or emailing people is too complicated, another alternative would be to have someone call the number on the award letter (XXX-XXX-XXXX) I receivedThe people at this number not only confirmed my identity and the fact that I had won a tablet and gift certificate with no purchase necessary they are also the ones that told me to be at the [redacted] in [redacted] , Kentucky on December 20, They apparently have access to a calendarThe [redacted] can also confirm this information and can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX though I doubt any of Capital Consulting Group's representatives will exert this much effort as they haven't been able to "check our records" to date We have people who try and "game" us all of the time for extra gifts In my opinion, this organization is intimately familiar with people "gaming" other people He has refused to give us any pertinent informationHe has refused to call us even though he has had our number from the onset I have provided more than enough information for a legitimate organization to conduct a thorough review of their recordsI cannot help it if they have poor record keeping practicesThe suspicious actions of two of this organization's "owners" along with their salesmen lead me to believe they are lacking in moral characterAs such, any communication with them will ONLY be through this site as they can not be trusted for the reasons identified in my earlier postAfter [redacted] ' latest post, I'm adding these to my list of suspicious actions as well - "There are 15-groups from this area that do exactly the same thing we do, all with the exact same marketers, print, phone, gifts etcWe have been confused for others beforeThe return address he mentions is the mail house we all use for these thingsShe mails out 600k of these letters all over the country each and every week with the same return address." A legitimate organization would do their best to set themselves apart from other less than honorable organizationsThis not only makes good business sense but prevents a legitimate organization from being "confused for others"Capital Consulting Group, for some reason, finds it beneficial to position themselves among "15-groups", "all with the exact same marketers, print, phone, gifts etc." This should appear very suspicious to an average person, especially when [redacted] responds in an email that he is from Capital Consulting Company not GroupOnce again, post my award letterI am willing to bet it says Capital Consulting Group which coincides with the "marketers" stating they were from Capital Consulting Group during the lecture and that matched the banner at the front of the room [redacted] also stated "We have teams that are all over the country talking to hundreds of people every week." After his current response, does that mean Capital Consulting Group has teams or that there are teams shared by 15-other groups? I suppose it doesn't matter because [redacted] ' next excuse will probably be that these marketers misspoke and displayed the wrong banner since they work for 15-different organizations "that do exactly the same thing we do." [redacted] then states "the mail house we all use for these things", "mails out 600k of these letters all over the country each and every week." That is 31,200,award notifications in year (weeks)This is incredibly suspicious as [redacted] 's [redacted] doesn't have that many winnersSince Capital Consulting Group is only of 15-others giving away free gifts with no purchase required, that means at least 1,560,of these award notifications belong to themThat equates to $780,000,in giftsThe anonymous poster of Capital Consulting Group's first deranged post claimed they "have given away tens of thousands of dollars in gifts." This is a drop in the bucket compared to the $780,000,in gifts they should have given awayI guess this is why [redacted] acknowledges "We have missed some people for every reason including running out of gifts at an event." I found this partucularly amusing considering there were only about couples at the meeting we attended We have licensing agreements which prohibit us from gifting someone that doesn't qualify As I have stated several times now, post my award letter so it can be part of this recordA legitimate organization would have the eligibility requirements listed on their award letter and not bring these phantom prohibitions up after the factThe only thing preventing them from giving me the gifts I "won" with "no purchase necessary" is the fact that I did not give them thousands of dollars to take a timeshare I enjoy off my hands Hopefully, during the past several weeks, Capital Consulting Group has hired someone capable of determining who was at the [redacted] in [redacted] Kentucky on 12/20/but I'm not counting on itThese representatives who state they "would happily send gifts to anyone that is due them" apparently have nothing better to do and have managed to drag out an issue for over months that should have been resolved in minutesOn the bright side, each interaction with these representatives makes me realize how fortunate I am that I did not trust them with thousands of dollarsIf two company owners can't get a simple $issue like this resolved in a timely manner, I can't imagine what they would be like over a $10,issueEspecially when they could have an excuse like "we didn't get your money, you must have given it to one of the 15-others just like us" Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 21, 2017/03/27) */ Interesting in all of the extrapolation this "customer" has spent a lot of time on still yet to contact us directly!!? I have posted my personal number and the better business site has our number in very large, bold print!! Why are you refusing to allow us to resolve this by calling us and allowing us to verify your information??? Whomever this is has gone through a lot of effort to discredit us and me when I have asked from the beginning for them to contact us directly!! They are showing themselves to be acting like a competitor who is only interested in discrediting us Please, contact our office and provide them with the informationThey can verify the person, their name, phone number and the location...which we don't have the person's name or phone number on here and are trying to avoid them having to provide it in this forum If you want to provide those then great! Do it! Stop using this as a means to try and pick a fight And just an FYI your numbers are way offThere aren't enough qualified recipients of the offers to come close to your numbers You're just showing your belligerence by not reading the information that I provided to help explain how one person might have been overlooked or it might have been a mistake You're going to an awful lot of trouble to mention my name over and over and over like you are trying to discredit me or our company instead of just simply secure your gift, if you even qualify for it?!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2017/04/04) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @capcgroupllc.com I have tried to read this several times but the complaint is illegible and states names of people that don't work for us She talks about her timeshare valueThey don't have any value She goes on and on about possible elderly entrapment and possible fraud when we have signed contracts from her and her paramour acknowledging our transaction, which we have refunded their money on their cards I feel sorry for this person, I am not certain who they are referencing but they seem to have their facts confused and we haven't any of their money anyway??
