Do not buy from this company
Purchased a uKnead uPalm PRO Shiatsu Acupressure Hand Massager with Heat (UK-32) × 1 for $138.00 in March 2021 it is now December 2021 and I still have not received the product. I have asked for a refund several times but my requests are ignored. I reached out to Attorney General and they indicated their attempts to contact company are unsuccessful. This is the worst customer service / company I have ever dealt with….very sad!

UKnead to Stay Away From This Company
Ordered a UK-580 Leg Massager. They took the money same day from my account. They had the order for 5 days, then created a mail label and another 5 days before UPS received the package. When I finally received the unit I was disappointed. It makes loud grinding noises and pinches my feet. Something is wrong with the motor in this Massager. Also the leg rollers only move up and down about an inch. The Instruction manual is full of bad grammar, sentences that make no sense, and misspelled words. I do not like this product and spent $320.00 for it. I want my money back. So, I used their website to ask for a return label. I had to attach 6 pictures of the unit and agree to a $60.00 return shipping fee. You have to wait 7 to 10 Business Days for them to e-mail you a return label. That's 2 weeks. After 10 Business days, my first 2 e-mails were replied to with the usual cookie cutter format. We are working on it, blah, blah. I will send a note to shipping etc. I have since sent 5 more e-mails asking when my return label will be sent to me and they no longer respond to my mails. So much for their slick website with the no hassle returns statement. Also the customer service 24/7 claim is a fabrication. No one answers the phone, I have left messages and have never had a call returned. It has now been over a month and I still have not been sent a return label.

Stay away from this company
Bought a UK580 foot massager right out of the box the unit did not work returned the unit in October 2021 still waiting for a refund, This is the most unprofessional company that I ever dealt with. Email after email saying that some new department was taking care of the issue. Now 8 months later they stopped answering the emails. Still no refund stay as far away from this company's products. If I could give it less than 1 star I would

Zero Customer Service
The day we received the leg and foot massager my wife decided to return it. I quickly got a RMA number, BUT I have been waiting on the return shipping label for a month. Email to customer service first said they were so busy filling orders they were working 7 days a week and they will get to it. 3 weeks into asking where the shipping label is they are no longer answering my emails. At least I am not getting too busy excuses. Do not buy anything from these people. Their customer service statements on their website are nothing but lies.

Not worth anything
It worked great for about two months, and I actually found it helped both of my hands, but then one day it died. And it can't be turned on anymore, plugged in or on batteries. Don't waste your money! This isn't a cheap piece of equipment. At the time I purchased it there were good reviews, and now I'm seeing more and more equivalent to my experience.

Another ripped off customer!
I paid over $200 for a foot massager on March 11, 2021, that I never received. After waiting over a month for delivery, with no updates from the company, I asked for a refund. The response was fairly timely, a few days, apologizing, saying my request was sent to accounting to process my refund. Waited again, several weeks, nothing. Contacted again, same message about request being sent to accounting. Two more times I have contacted them, still no refund. It is now June 5th.
This company is a fraud, that steals money, and I just don't understand why they aren't shut down and charged with these crimes of stealing money?! I hope people look up reviews before they consider giving away money to this company! Wish I did!

Fraud
I ordered back on March 8th 2021 didn't see my order and was told they were on back order so decided to cancel . On march 23rd 2021 was told that the accounting team would be in touch as soon as they process my request. As of today April 20th 2021 I have not seen my refund or have I heard from the accounting department( if there is one) I have reported to my credit card company not sure if that will help me. I do believe legal action might be the way to go. You cant just keep peoples money!

I would zero stars if possible. This company is fake. They will take your payment and you will never receive the item. Do not waste your time or money. They’re fraudulent scammers.

I ordered my leg massager on July 18th 2020 and it is still not here as of August 20th 2020. I get that COVID has slowed them down but I got an email stating that it had shipped with a tracking number. When I contact them to see where the item is they keep saying that at some point UPS will pick it up and actually ship it to me. Well, it has been over 4 weeks....I could have gotten something comparable from someone else a LONG time ago.

So, only order from this company if you want to give your money away and get nothing in return but the aggravation of trying to get your money back.

I placed my order on July 26, 2020 and it’s still not arrived at my home. Today is August 17, 2020 and I received a message on August 5, 2020 saying it was sent out to UPS. I have sent emails and not received a reply from the business. I’m very disappointed myself in their customer service! I contacted my charge card company today and stopped payment.

Here is another bad review for this company not shipping orders in a timely fashion, and taking payment before the item is even in stock. Yes, I know Covid 19 is an issue, but read to the bottom.

I ordered a U Knead UK-28 wrist massager on July 24th. The website stated that if an order is needed to have expedited shipping to let customer service know. Below is a copy of the email that I sent later in the day on July 24th.

“Hello, If it is possible to ship as soon as possible, that would be great. I am recovering from surgery for a fractured wrist. Experiencing swelling, numbness in hand and fingers.
Thank you “

I received a reply that they were having fulfillment delays of 7-10 business days.

My credit card was charged at the time of the order. July 24th.

I received an email for shipment on August 6th. With a tracking number. Three days later I checked the tracking number and it was still waiting for pick up by UPS.
I sent an email to see if this was a tracking number error. The reply from Sarah at u Knead is below.
“Due to the amount of orders we need to ship out, UPS has been picking them up in batches. They should be able to pick up and start the shipping process for your order within the next few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the fulfillment delay, and we apologize for the long wait.”
As of today, August 16, 2020 the package is still sitting, waiting to be picked up.
Yes, I understand Covid 19 is an issue with shipping and receiving orders. However, seeing the other complaints with the same issue that I am having with your company, maybe your current system is not working. A package should not sit for 10 days to be picked up by a shipping company. Find another way. Bring the shipments to UPS, use another company. And stop taking money from customers before their order is shipped! That is easily fixed with a warehouse shipping computer program. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
UPS manages to come to my house or neighborhood daily. Sometimes multiple times per day.

As of 8/24/2020 according to the UPS tracking system the item still has not been shipped.
On 8/16/2020 I asked that the order be cancelled. This was the reply received on August 20th."Your order has already been fulfilled so we are unable to cancel your order at this time. " It has not been shipped. That is not a "fulfilled order" Please refund my purchase. I bought a wrist massager from another company.

I purchased an item from the company and returned it following their return policy via UPS.
I tracked the item via UPS and the company received it on 7/1. The return policy says it takes up to 12 business days to process a return. We are now well beyond 12 business days. They have yet to update me on the status of the return. They do not answer phones nor do they respond to email.

The customer had returned a product, which was received by our warehouse on 7/1/2020. Due to the current pandemic, we are implementing workplace social distancing with reduced staffing, which causes delays from our regular shipment and return processing times, as stated on our website. Mr. had first contacted us via email on 6/16 to initiate his return, which we responded to on 6/19. Mr. then contacted us again via email on 6/22, which we responded to on 6/24. The customer again contacted us on 7/15 via Instagram message and comments regarding the return status, which we responded to immediately. We explained that his product was in queue to be inspected, which may take up to 2-3 weeks due to current safety measures, after which the refund will be processed, and asked him to email us at the correct email address instead of calling. We had advised him of the 1-3 business day reply timeframe due to current safety measures and high volumes of emails. Mr. emailed us on 7/28, and again on 7/29 to inquire about his return, and also messaged on Instagram to let us know he had filed a complaint with Revdex.com. We responded to the customer today to advise him that the return inspection was completed and his refund had already been processed, but may take a few days to show up as the amount of time is dependent on his bank. Please see attached email screenshots and Instagram messages. Throughout the entire communication, we had responded within our target 1-3 business day window and provided answers which the customer found to be satisfactory. Most online stores are dealing with unprecedented delays due to the pandemic, evident by the COVID-19 shipping delay notices on all the major websites. We are doing our best to process customer requests as fast as we safely can, while preventing possible healthy risks to our employees, some of which are part of the high risk group. Thank you for your patience and empathy in these challenging times.

ordered more than 5 weeks ago, still waiting for my dads birthday gift he is 84 and I have nothing to give him. Cost me hundreds of dollars and my dad gets nothing for it. Looks like this company continuously has issues mailing their products in a timely manner. Have emailed 4 times and they dont even bother replying. Its still sitting in california apparently. I even asked for a refund since they haven't bothered sending it but again no reply

I do see that our customer service reps have been responding to you via email, please do allow 1-3 business days for a reply as we're off on the weekends. I also see that the leg massager had been delivered to your father shortly after your review, so we hope he's enjoying his birthday gift. I ordered the U-Palm Hand Massager on May 10th. The site said the item would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. I have contacted them several times via E-Mail and they continue to say they have shipping issues. Their last email said a discount of 15 percent was provided and shipment would be 2 to 4 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and I have not received the item nor have I had any updates.

The order has already been fulfilled, UPS tracking number ***.

The customer placed an order using a 15% off pre-order coupon code, please see attached screenshot 1, which explains the delays due to covid-19 and supply chain/logistics disruptions. We had been emailing the customer back and forth to communicate and clarify that he had placed a pre-order, which cannot be shipped in 3-5 day's time as we do with in-stock products. The customer acknowledged the emails.

We have fulfilled the order and the product is currently en route to the customer, although there may be delays due to the current state of the country.

I ordered a hand massager & was charged for it on Feb. 3. This company advertised that I should receive it in about 3-5 business days. I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent several emails asking when it would be shipped. I was told it was back ordered until mid March. I still haven’t received it. I sent an email again yesterday. Their response was that it’s on back order until mid - the end of March. They have had my money for almost 2 months. They need to quit selling this product since they can’t seem to get it in. If and when they get the product they will have so many back orders to fill that there will be many more customers waiting for months on this product. They should not charge customers for this product until it is shipped. I stated in my email to them this morning that if I don’t get this soon I expect a full refund.

Hello!

Ms. had placed an order for a hand massager on our website on Feb.3rd, using a 20% pre-order coupon code which we had listed on our product page. Please see attached - we've since lowered the discount to 15% as we get closer to the arrival date.

On Feb.24th, Ms. reached out to inquire about the delivery of her order, as there had been a misunderstanding of delivery time frame. We explained to her that the product was on pre-order, which means we will ship at a future date, once the shipment arrives. As well as that we were offering a 15% pre-order discount, but as she had taken advantage of a 20% pre-order discount at the time of order, she received an even better discount.

On Mar.24th, Ms. reached out again for a status update. We explained that due to current global events (COVID-19), we have been experiencing unforeseen and uncontrollable delays in our supply and logistics chain. The shipment was scheduled to arrive two weeks ago, which would've allowed ample time for order fulfillment before the previously estimated mid March delivery date.

We've just received notification that the shipment has docked at the Port of Long Beach, so we are now patiently waiting for the delivery of the shipment to our warehouse, which should hopefully be early next week. We are pushing our logistics chain as fast as we can, but in this unique time, the delay has been beyond our control.

We have started processing pre-orders to get ready for ship out, so Ms. should be receiving a shipment notification email within the next few days. We apologize for the delay and thank her for her patience.

February 1 I ordered and paid for a uKnead UK-28 Hand Massager ($78.00) I received an email stating I would hear back in a few days about the status of the shipping. On Feb .10 I still had not heard back so I called. I gave the person I spoke with my order number ***) and all of my contact information. Se assured me I would be hearing back from someone. By the end of the day I did not hear back so I sent an email. The next day, Feb 11 I sent 3 additional emails. I still did not hear back. Today, Feb. 12 I called again and spoke to ***, who took all of the information yet again and assured me I would be hearing back from the shipping department. I asked of I could speak directly to someone else, she said no. I asked if she could give me another phone number to contact and she said no. I asked if she could provide me with an email address but she only gave me the one I already had.

The customer had placed an order for a backordered product on our website. The backorder inventory update was placed right beneath the buy button, with a 20% off coupon code for those we placed pre-orders for future delivery.

The customer did not see the inventory update and coupon code, and placed her order. We had reached out to the customer on Feb.13th via email to clarify, and she understood the situation, as well as accepted the pre-order discount for future delivery.

The case has been resolved by our customer service department on Feb.13th. Please see attached screenshots of emails.
