Ukrainian Express

Ukrainian Express management provided negligent attitude to their customer.By their error and incompetence they never provide service that was required by their own customer form.( I send two parcels via air and they both went on the boat.) During time I was dealing with the issue , management ignored massages and complains, even the management from Delaware and New Jersey never solved this problemAfter a few month waiting for result, I had contact them again on June,2016, Parma office manager blamed on me about my complains to offices I mention aboveLady from New Jersey took my phone number to pass for owner, but newer happened, no one contact me for apologyNow, I need help from Revdex.com to solve this problem

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The massage I reviewed from Ukrainian Express representative is partially true Firs of all they never picked up boxes from my house, I had meet driver on gas station on Chagrin, second of all the never offer me a discount, because they ignored my massages, if they would I would not look for help from Revdex.comThey only reimbursed difference between air and boat serviceAfter many times calling company, different facilities, I was asking to talk to top manager, which is owner in their company, but he never call me back as wellI just really want businesses to take their responsibilities and protect other people from unprofessional companyOnce problem was not resolved I suggest manager from New Jersey to terminate representative from Parma to protect future costumers rightsI hope Revdex.com will take close look and help resolve issue with Ukrainian Express

we are parcel service , which sending packages over seas. [redacted] send her box to Ukraine and choose...

delivery service which should take 12-14 business days (roles on our web-site). her packages was delivered after 16 business  days, we apologies for that couple days delate , and send her check with more than 50% money back, plus we ask her if she want we can give her discount for future. but she was disagree with that (after she received money).
we did pick up from her house , so she don't spent time for driving , and we did delivery to her family house (door to door). But she wants to fired half of our employee , she wants to talk with the owner (we can not provide that kind of service for her )
