I have had difficulty with seepage in our basement Called several contractors for estimates ULB stated in the first visit what they would do, and the cost The other providers wanted to sit down with me and my wife, and discussed what they would do and tried to sell me more at a significantly higher price ULB also obtained the permit from the village The work was done in a timely manner; was rapidly approved by the village inspector; and the clean up was well done The village inspector also commented on the quality of the workAll of the workers were very friendly, and they discussed any potentials problems with me while on the job The job looks great!! I would highly recommend ULB, and I will use them again should I have drainage problems

I had a serious water seepage problem in my basement. Water entered the basement in the area where the wall meets the floor. ULB Dry Waterproofing proposed that drainage tiles and a sump pump be installed. I was given a price and told that the job would be done in one day. The crew came on the proposed day and they were on time. They took their shoes off as it was raining and laid tarp on the floor and covered my belongings with plastic. I was asked to come down and review several stages of the job and all my questions were answered. They dug up the perimeter at the back of the basement quickly and efficiently. The whole job was finished within the allotted day. Since installation, it has rained and the drainage tiles and sump pump are working beautifully. I am very pleased with this company. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficiency and quality of work.
