Review: I placed an order for coffee on Dec ** 2014 that I paid for yet never received. I sent an email regarding this issue on Jan * 2015 and never got a response. I sent a message on [redacted] on Jan ** 2015 and didn't get a response. I called the number on their website and left a message yesterday Jan ** 2015 and I still haven't gotten a response. I have all of this documented. At the beginning I was asking that the coffee be shipped ASAP or to be refunded. Now I would like nothing other than a refund along with an apology for the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I have been completely ignored! I will NEVER do business with this company!Desired Settlement: Refund is the only thing I will accept. It has been almost a month with three attempts to contact them and no response at all!!
