Our delivery tickets specifically state that bath items may not be
returned and a copy of this was...
given to the customer. However, an exception
has been made and as of 6/9/16 arrangements have been scheduled to have the
shower chair picked up from the patient's home. The item is subject to a 15%
restocking fee per our policy which is also stated on the delivery ticket.
Please consider this complaint closed and resolved to the patients
satisfaction.
