This company sells land in Texas, New Mexico and other areas for which they are not legally able to transfer title.

I have lost approximately $10,000 in paying to them from 2008 - 2013. Only until completion of payment does one realise that the owners cannot transfer title. They do however send you a title, the only problem is that it is a fake deed, which a phone call to the country's recording office will confirm.

Statutorily, land sale below 10 acres is not legally possible, yet, ULS continues to sell land, and the governing agencies have turned a blind eye and other agencies such as RECO and Revdex.com (in my prior filing) have looked the other way and claimed that it is out of their scope of jurisdiction.
