Review: The company charged my debit card on the day of reservation for the round trip services from home to the airport. Then this Company charged my debit card again on the day I used the limo service for going to the airport and then coming back from the airport. I sent the email immediately to billing department person [redacted], regarding the charges. I did not hear any response for couple of days then I made the phone call and explained the issue to operator. He told me that [redacted] will take care soon and will call back or email. I received one email from [redacted] dated 01-14-2011 that issue will be resolved in 72 hrs. So far no response (email, phone, etc.) from this company and they have not credited my amount of $295.00 either. I also sent the screenshot of my bank statement displaying the charges. Now when I call the phone number, I get connected to voice mail and left messages but no response and same thing with the emails.Desired Settlement: I want the amount of $295.00 to be credited to my account, which they have charged twice.
