Ms *** made comment to my assistant that on a previous visit to my carwash that the car was not as clean as she expected and then became confrontational and argumentativeShe offered her credit card as a method of payment and then refused to move her vehicle until it was washed and scrubbed outside of the carwash which is not a practice since all my washing tools are located in the car washMy assistant tried to explain and urge Ms *** to follow our direction but she refused until the wash was completed to her satisfactionMy assistant provided her his name and if she had any other issues to call me at her convenienceOn the following day she called and reported to me what had occurred on her visit and I tied to resolve the issue with an apology and explanation of how we can better servo our customers if they follow our direction to ensure a quality experienceShe then would not accept my explanation and said she would report me to the Revdex.com on which she has done

As far as a settlement I have no way of refunding her credit card because I have no records of her credit card number to refund,
We provided her with a wash but by her actions it was the attitude Of my employee that was perceived disrespectful
If Ms *** wishes to continue with this and does expect a refund I can mail her a check for $to conclude this case

Review: I returned a product to Ulta and was told by the cashier the amount will be refunded to the card I used to make the purchase. After 30 days of not receiving the refund I contacted the company. The company asked me for the receipt, however I was never given a receipt when I made the return. I was however able to provide them with the date I purchased the product, the date I returned the product, the product name, the location of the store, and my card brand and number. They are claiming they are unable to locate the transaction even with all of this information. I have seen numerous reviews from previous Ulta costumers that have also struggled with the same issue of not receiving their refund so I would like to report this issue.Desired Settlement: I would just like my refund.

Review: Last Monday, September 15th I arrived at Ulta [redacted] on [redacted] to have my hair dyed a deep red with violet using [redacted] hair color. I was told after sitting there that they did not have the colors I was looking for but would go buy them the next day and I could come in on Thursday to have my hair dyed. I agreed and showed up on Thursday at 635 pm. My stylist, Lisa, started to lift the color I had on my hair ( this was a light red). After washing the bleach out, Lisa began to apply the color, 3/4 of the way through she said that she was not going to have enough color and asked if I could come back the next day (friday). I had a doctors appointment and things to do, we agreed that if she came in at 9 am I could come back. Being that I was already upset the cashier called the manager and asked if I could pay on friday for my services not on Thursday because they were not complete. The manager ( Jessica W ) agreed. Lisa begins to wash out my color and states to me that she used a gorgeous [redacted] color and didnt add the violet additives in , I clearly asked for [redacted] color and to add a wild orchard and a violet. She then asked me what color shirt I was wearing, I told her that I was wearing a white shirt. She said that she would wrap my hair up in a towel because she did not have time to blow dry it and this would prevent it dripping onto my shirt. I agreed. After the hair was wrapped up, the gown was taken off me where it reveled that my shirt had already been ruined and it had pink on it. Now I was really getting mad. I leave the store and still plan on coming back the next day. I get home and remove the towel, my hair is 3/4 PINK and 1/4 bleached out blonde! I started freaking out. In the morning I call and ask to speak to the manager Jessica from the night before. I tell her what has happened and she is very sorry and willing to help me fix it. I ask for her to give me dye to cover it up and the developer I will need. I get to the store and tell her that if this doesnt cover it I will need to get it dyed professionally and I would like to be reimbursed for the money it will cost to fix this mess. She says that she needs to contact her general manager and it will most likely be store credit. I told her that was fine and I would wait for her call. In the mean time I have to wear a hat and call out of work because my hair is such a mess. That friday night I have to pay 90$ to get my hair dyed black because no other color would cover the pigment Ulta has applied. The next morning after hearing nothing from ULTA I call the store again and tell Jessica that I will be coming in to get Lisa's license number ( this is the number from her certificate saying that she is able to practice hair in VA), I show up at 130pm to the store were Jessica tells me that she is not able to give me Lisa's full name or her hair dressing license number or anything. She says the only thing she can do for me is to file and insurance claim. I said ok and we filed a claim. Today, Monday, I have received a call from the insurance department, they heard my story, I sent him pictures and he said he would be in contact. I just got off the phone with him and he offered me 25$ to settle it. Eric the man I talked to at the insurance department says he does not believe that my work would put such restrictions on my hair and that he thinks ULTA offered to fix it. I said sir, I was walking around with magenta hair! That is so not okay. His response was " it was only for a day". I told him the 25$ was not acceptable and asked what he was going to do about my shirt they destroyed. He said I can increase it to 50$ and that will include the shirt price. So now I have paid 127$ to get my hair pre lightened so that the color I wanted would be doable, I then paid 90$ to have my pink hair fixed and treated, and I lost 20$ due to the shirt and a full day of work. All ULTA could offer me was 25$.Desired Settlement: 88$ for hair fix

On [redacted] 2015, I purchased salon services and retail goods from Ulta Beauty Store 772 in Pittsfield, MA totaling [redacted] Upon attempting to pay for the above, the associate informed me that they were unable to process my credit card payment. The associate then asked me if I could pay by check. The associate attempted to process my check electronically and that payment method also failed. I was asked to leave my purchases & return to the store later in the evening which I did. The associate processed my check electronically at that time. However, when I checked my bank statement, I discovered that my check was processed twice and deducted from my checking account two times. I contacted the store & was instructed to call the corporate customer service number which I did. I was told that they were aware of the duplicate payment issue and would forward my information to Corporate audit department to issue me a refund check. This was to take 7 - 10 days to process. I have not yet received a refund check (over a month later) & have contacted the Customer service 866# multiple times as well as submitting a refund request online with Ulta.com. I have received no satisfaction. Each time I am told that my refund will be processed. I am still waiting to be refunded the [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Salon Services/Beauty ProductsDesired SettlementReceipt of my duplicate payment refund totaling [redacted] by the end of the week [redacted] I have waited long enough & have been more than patient.Business Response This is a follow up email regarding [redacted] from store [redacted] This issue has been resolved and she has received a check in the mail with the money that was taken from her account in the beginning of [redacted]. I personally called [redacted] to make sure she had received the right amount of money. She confirmed the amount and let me know about her complaint. But this is a confirmation that it has been taken care of. Complaint # XXXXXX Kindest Regards, [redacted] Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I did finally receive my refund but the effort & amount of time it took to resolve the issue was unacceptable. The error was theirs and they had the burden of correcting it. If I hadn't aggressively pursued the matter, I truly believe I would still be waiting for my refund. I tried to reiterate that to the store manager when she called but she was not concerned at all about their horrible customer service.
