Ultima Medical Spa

My experience with Ultima Med Spa has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I was sold a Gold Package by a staff member named Barb. During the consultation, she only explained what treatments and products were included in the package. At no point was it clearly explained to me that the package was non-refundable or that I would be locked into paying the full amount regardless of whether I continued the services.

A few days after signing up, I decided I wanted to cancel. At that point, I had only received one treatment, a few creams, and a blue/red light device that is easily available on Amazon for around $100. The creams provided are also not from any widely recognized or premium brand.

When I reached out to cancel, I was told that the package is non-refundable and that I am still expected to pay $4,200, even though I barely used any of the services. This was never transparently communicated during the sales process.

To make matters worse, the manager, Isaac, has been completely uncooperative and unwilling to work toward a reasonable solution. Instead of addressing the concern or acknowledging that the terms were not properly explained, they are simply insisting that I pay the entire amount.

The situation has become extremely stressful, and I feel pressured and harassed over something that should have been handled with honesty and transparency from the beginning.

Looking back now, I regret not paying closer attention to the negative reviews from other customers, because it seems that this kind of experience is not uncommon.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering Ultima Med Spa read the reviews carefully and ask detailed questions about refund policies before signing anything.
