This complaint is invalidThe average time of a move this size takes 8-hours to move as was transcribed in original estimate (on a recorded line)Move Buddies works with Wounded Warriors project and offers moves at no charge for our service members year roundTo make these accusations when even the minimum on the bill could not be paid is unfairThe gentleman she spoke with was not an owner , but a US VETERAN who was honorably discharged and served this countryI feel like this Customer needs to reflect on her financial position and stop using it to degrade our Company and Employees We still have not received final payment and plan on filing Theft of services charges on base and with the local DA as is our right per lawWe will take a $payoff amount and removal of all online reviews if she would like to settle this wayWe expect a response within hours to avoid moving aheadThank you

Even though the refund offer still leaves me paying twice as much as I was quoted I will acceptI have no interest in putting the name of the company in mud but the company needs to be aware of how they treat their customersThe representative had no reasons to have threatened to have me arrested when I had not refused payment but only asked for a pricing reviewFurthermore, if the business still doesn't think my complain is accurate, they should request all call transcripts from them to me and they will see every conversations I had with the representatives; questions I asked prior to move dateEmployees at the office of Move Buddies are disrespectful and lie about almost everythingI wish in the future, they will provide detailed explanations to their customers, allow them to ask question and stop disrespectful them
