#1: To [redacted] on October 13th #2: To [redacted] S. [redacted] ([redacted]'s attorney) on November 8th   I am going to send you a forwarded email from my attorney ([redacted]; work: [redacted]) following receipt of this email and it will be coming...

from [redacted].  That way you can see the message from [redacted] (to [redacted]) that I was responding to on November 8.  Please continue future coorespondence to this email ([redacted]).  As mentioned, the next email coming to you is written by [redacted] TO [redacted] in regards to this.  Email #2 here below is my response to [redacted] in that regard.  After reading [redacted]'s email (which [redacted] forwarded me) and then calling [redacted] he gave me the OK to send something out to [redacted] in an effort to save time.  You'll see in that email where [redacted] attempted to settle for a lower figure than the $1,654.   My business offers many different options but in this case [redacted] needed her vehicle sold (in order to get out of the payment) and came to us by way of referral from someone she works with.  She originally contacted me in April of '17.  She was about $6-$7,000 upside down in her 2013 [redacted] and about $10,000 upside down in her '09 [redacted] (upside down, as I'm sure you are aware, means that she owes more than what the vehicle is worth to a dealership).  [redacted] best solution was to private sale the vehicle which is largely what we do by preparing and representing vehicles for our selling clients.  We do business all over the East Coast and beyond, often times with high end and exotic vehicles.  [redacted] told me in April that she owed $13k and change and with the accident on the vehicle's history dealers would trade-in or purchase the [redacted] for about $6,500-$7,000 tops.  Some many only be interested at $6,000.  I advised that she start with the [redacted] by saving $4,000 at which point I would then agree to invest money into her [redacted] (it was in pretty poor condition and I estimated a budget of about $2,000 at my net in order to prep the vehicle) in order to then sell her [redacted] for market value and reduce the $6-7,000 inequity down to about $4,000.  Upon sale I would recuperate my investment and upon a successful purchase and sell her vehicle would be sold and she would save a minimum of $2,000 beyond trading it in.  That was the point of this intended transaction and a model we have had much success with for many years.  In late September '17 [redacted] contacted me to tell me she had saved the $4,000.  She has young kids and was unable to get the car to me so I went and picked it up.  On October 3, 2017 I began the process of preparing it for sale while openly showing her photos of repairs along the way (that is our process).  [redacted] was referred to me from [redacted] (her co-worker who sold her [redacted] through us w/ her testimonial on that transaction enclosed in the email to [redacted] here below) and I have done ample business with other employees at [redacted] office.  After UAC was approximately 3/4 through the entire market preparation process [redacted] contacted me to tell me she was nervous and then later emailed me to tell me she wanted the car back.  She started by asking for it back for free.  It became evident to me that the only reason for this behavior was that she probably no longer had the $4,000 available.  Her substantiation for this whole circus is that she thought I was driving to Saco to pick up her car and take it to us for an estimate.  However, I have electronic proof that we picked up the car over 3 weeks before she had this change of heart and she had already electronically acknowledged receipt of much of the work (through images being sent) having already been completed.  The first email below shows ample proof of that which is why I sent that email on to [redacted] and in order to open up the truths behind all of this.   I have never been in this position before (someone starting the sales process and then asking for their car back) so at that point I put together a bill for her at $1,654.  Wait, that is not true.  I did have one situation where the gentleman seller found out he had cancer.  His name is [redacted] of Brunswick and he and his wife [redacted] have purchased many vehicles through UAC.  He paid his bill of $3,022.93 and I returned his car being that keeping it was a smarter move for him than selling it and spending more on a newer one.  I have that testimonial on file as well.  Regarding [redacted]; I called around and got quotes from two other places on the work we had completed and I was about $700 lower than the lowest quote.  I quoted [redacted] low on this because I could tell she was probably having money issues.  The [redacted] was many months past registration, both of her cars were severely upside down, and we have all had money issues at one time or another.  I had no idea taking [redacted] on as a client was going to turn into a nightmare like this.  We are a highly successful business pioneered through repeats and referrals only.  I have over 300 written testimonials on file (all of which were written on [redacted]) and over 75 video'd testimonials.  I'd be happy to share them all with you, many of which you can easily see by perusing my [redacted] if you go down my timeline far enough.  If you are curious about what we do please log on to your [redacted] and simply view UAC at "[redacted]."  The posts are public so you can read about us without us even knowing about it or by friending me.  I am very proud of what we are doing with UAC and our reputation is impeccable which is how we've been successful.  If you have any questions on this please call me directly at [redacted].  As you can see in my email to [redacted], if [redacted] doesn't at least make me a payment on the work by tomorrow I am going to charge her a lot storage fee per day.  Naturally, I'd like this madness to be over and no longer have [redacted] car on hand!  Kind Regards, [redacted] J.
