Detailed the exterior of the truck.Noticed wind deflector on passenger side was damaged and also fender flares on truck were burned from power polish.
After they were aware of the damage they did agree to fix.Weeks later they called had thewindow air defector.Made an appointment and took the truck in to get it installed.Flares were not in at that time.Weeks later they did call me and l went to get them.Turns out they were the wrong ones did not accept them,and said they would get back to me.Call me later that day and said they would reorder providing l get them installed.l told no problem l could have them installed by others. Decided to get new tires and rims on the truck and great west tire said they could install while putting on tires.Phoned *** at ultimate auto detail to see where the flares where.He said they weren't in yet,no problem told him to call me when they were in.Called *** a quiet a few times and they were not in.l finally asked where he ordered from and he said *** in Moosejaw.l went up to *** and inquired if ultimate detail ordered any fender flares and they said he didn't.That was on September 13.l drove down to ultimate detail and approached *** in person,and asked him if the flares were in,all he said was no.l then told him that l was up at *** and he never did order them,but he still said he did.l *** told him l just want my truck fixed or l will see him in court.He called me half an hour later and said he just ordered them and told him to call when they were in.l then called *** to confirm and they said he did.They said it would take a week to get and asked if they would call me,they said they would.l get a call on sept.20 from ***,flares are in and they would call ultimate auto detail.On sept 26 l called ultimate detail asking if they picked up the flares l left a message.On sept 27 l checked with ***'s if they picked up flares yet and they said they called 3 times during the week but nobody has picked them up yet.Call ultimate detail again but *** did not answer my call.On sept 30 l called again from a different number and he answered told him who l was and he said that they would pickup this week.Have not heard a word from them.He wouldn't answer my calls now so l just leave a message,last one was Oct 3 .This has been going on since June,al l want is my truck fender flares fixed and installed now.Not to much to ask for since they did damage the truck l think he should be liable.
