[redacted] Dear Sir/Madam,Note: we received the mail regarding this issue yesterdayNow it's almost past the days you allow for respondingPlease consider making this time longer.I'm writing you in response to complaint by [redacted] .There are two parts to the complaintOne relates to purchased assistance with a page paperMrs [redacted] says she had to pay the full amount of $plus fees instead of the remaining amount of $plus fees is correctThis can happen when purchasing the paper while not logged in to the siteIn this case the site has no way of knowing the person trying to purchase the paper is Mrs [redacted] an therefore the full price is required to get access to the paper.Mrs [redacted] used our dispute system in this matter and got a refund of the down payment on 26th of AugustThe refund might take a few weeks to reflect in her bank balance or credit card report.The second part relates to required assistance with an accounting question Mrs [redacted] paid $plus fees to abuhams which allegedly did not deliver in timeThe deadline set in the handshake agreement is not valid but we will assume she communicated the deadline in another way and the teacher did not deliverWe therefore refund the $plus fees down payment.HomeworkMarket.com has a high standard of service and will not keep funds of unsatisfied customersUpon each purchase the customer gets a message saying he can dispute unless fully satisfiedI'm not aware of any other business that encourages customers to act if not satisfiedWe have multiple channels of addressing issues: our customer care email, our contact form and our dispute systemAny issue communicated to us using one of these channels is guaranteed to be resolve to the customers satisfactionBest Regards,HomeworkMarket.com Team

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Hello,First Kim is INCORRECT about me using this car to drive for UberIn the text msg dated Tuesday Jan23, I stated I HAVE NOT been able to drive for UberI have back up documentation from Uber showing my earnings stopped before Thanksgiving of 2017, and the Saturn VUE was NEVER registered to drive for Uber.? There has been something wrong with the clutch since day oneI explained after my test drive that shifting was difficultSal said he just put the clutch in and it may just need to be broke inI have back up from another garage stating there are shifting issues.? I spoke to Kim on 12/27/17, and setup a meeting for 1/3/I do have an audio recording and Sal admits there is something wrong with the clutch that it may need to just be bled.? When I brought my car to be fixed on 1/17/18, shifting was still a big issue but I was able to get to Ultimate Auto.? They told me on 1/17/that they blew the clutch and would have to get a new one and they will order it on 1/18/and it would be there 1/22/I had not heard anything Mon so I text Tuesday 1/23/and now the date has been moved out more daysI had to get the car towed because it no longer ranTook it to [redacted] and they had parts and fixed next day.The pressure plate was broken in parts and that happened while my car was at Ultimate Auto.I would be willing to take $1,for the repair, because you could still drive it before Ultimate Auto took the car.? 2-9-18In response to the complaint from *** ***, we will not be paying *** $for the clutch she had put in her car for the following reasons. I have attached the limited Liability Warranty in which *** signed and has a copy of. Clutches are not covered, especially as she
uses the vehicle as an Uber taxi cab, also her mileage on the day of pick up 11-28-there was 83,K which gave a day or 1,mile warranty (see attached copy). Clutches are not covered. She had 85,K as of January 3rd. She put miles on the vehicle. Obviously the clutch wasn't bad or she wouldn't be able to drive it almost miles. Response taken by phone:? ? ? We have tried to accommodate this customer with the issue.? We had ordered a new clutch for her and she decided to take the vehicle elsewhere.? ? DMV had inspected the car and found we were not at fault.? She put over miles on the car in a little over a month.? The warranty is only good for days or or 1000.? We feel it necessary to terminate our business relationship with the customer at this time

Mrs. [redacted] says she had to pay the full amount of $50 plus fees instead of the remaining amount of $20 plus fees is correct. This can happen when purchasing the paper while not logged in to the site. In this case the site has no way of knowing the person trying to purchase the paper is Mrs. [redacted] an therefore the full price is required to get access to the paper.Mrs. [redacted] used our dispute system in this matter and got a refund of the down payment on 26th of August.
