Bought a couch and loveseat at Scotts Furniture on July 3, Also put a bed in layaway days to pay Woman not one time told us we could not get a refund back if we were not satisfied Couch only month old and already sinking In the store it sat really good It is called Washington 8103-sofa and 8102- love seatRadar Havana Not worth the money Would not give me back money on the bed in layaway said we could use the money on something else Why would we want something else if we were not pleased with the couchI should had listened to another customer that had told me that their merchandise did not hold up well I guess as the old saying goes "live & learn"

Scheduled service oil change,transmission flush and fuel filter replacement, and check vehicle for upcoming trip.....service was complete 1/2hours late.....upon bringing the vehicle home (2days later) vehicle lost all power, then stopped running completelyCalled dealer talked to service manager who said "if you can get vehicle to me I will look at it" so I pumped up fuel filter and noticed fuel coming from filter, had to tighten fuel filter that was the problem, I then checked air filter which was packed with debris, so I cleaned that and replaced filter, checked brake fuild....had to add fluid......so basically I question everything the dealer said they did.......thought that by going to the dealer it would give me peace of mind knowing professionals checked vehicle.........not so much
would not recommend ultimate gmc to anyone

9/09/15 I visited Scott's Furniture. I was great by a very professional sales lady named [redacted] I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly where the items were and did not have to wander around to find merchandise. There was no high pressure tactics or I would have walked out. She left me alone to try out items and told me where she could be found for questions. My transaction was easy and uncomplicated. Another plus was that they could deliver my chair and one half the next day. The delivery men were timely, friendly and professional. They respected my property and took precautions to not damage anything in my home and new purchase. Such a great experience and I give the highest best rate you can give a company! Thank you, Scott's. Definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

Couch only 1 month old and already sinking. In the store it sat really good. It is called Washington 8103-440 sofa and 8102-440 love seat. Radar Havana. Not worth the money. Would not give me back money on the bed in layaway said we could use the money on something else. Why would we want something else if we were not pleased with the couch. I should had listened to another customer that had told me that their merchandise did not hold up well. I guess as the old saying goes "live & learn"
