This past week I spoke with a Mrs [redacted] at Ultimate Auto Protection she helped me to resolve a IssueHer willingness to take care of things were outstanding, she was very helpful and treated me with great respect and never rushedI felt as if I were the only person she had to deal withI was very impressed, I wish other Companies had people like Marilyn [redacted]

I was contacted by [redacted] and [redacted] about an extended vehicle warranty on my BMW 750LI I took my vehicle to Autohaus BMW on X-XX-XXXX for a multipoint inspection and they advised that both turbo chargers, front thrust bushing,rear differential mounting bushing and oil pan gasket needed replacingUltimate Auto Protection sent a inspector out and he refused the repairs on 1-22-I contacted [redacted] on that date and advised her what happened and she told me to take it to Plaza BMW for repairs.I asked her what would be different and she stated they were more reputable.I took my vehicle to Plaza BMW on X-XX-XXXX and the same inspector came out and refused repairs.I approved the repairs and picked my car up on 2-16-I cancelled the warranty the same day they refused the repairs.I talked with [redacted] on X-XX-XXXX and she stated that since I cancelled my credit card they would send me a check for $I called back on X-XX-XXXX and [redacted] stated th

I spoke with Shannon*** about a vehicle warrantyAt first, I was very wary of making this type of investment, but MsBrady assured me I would be well taken care of After she explained all the various parts of the coverage I would receive, I opted to take a chance, and I am so glad I didEverything she explained to me over the phone was in the policy book I received in the mailA few months after I started paying for the policy, I needed work on my carI called back to make sure I would be covered, and Shannon explained exactly how the process would workEverything was taken care of, and it was an amazing experience
I also had to call back at a different time when I wanted to make sure the roadside assistance was in effectI spoke with the General Manager of customer service, *** ***She clearly explained what to do if I needed roadside assistance on my road trip, and assured me that she would be available to help me through the process if I needed any further assistanceOverall, both women were very professional and treated me as if I were the only person they were speaking with at the momentThey took their time and made sure all of my questions were answered

This company has very poor customer serviceThe supervisor hung up on me and had a nasty attitudeI also believe this company is a scamAs soon as I was finished speaking with an agent, I received a call within minutes from someone else claiming to be a representative to help set up my auto warranty after I had already scheduled a payment with this companyOverall, my experience was horrible and I will never do business with this company

it's a scamDo not go with this company!! They called and I set up a policy, was informed everything would be coveredI also put a down on policy to lower monthly paymentsHad an issue with vehicle and fulfilled the policy minimumFound out they sub-contracted out my policy and the company that had my policy would not cover anything with my vehicle with no explanationI called to get a refund since I had put a down and had been paying monthlyInformed to send policy back for refundCalled numerous times, was told supervisors would call me back with no results

I did business with this companyI have a VSC policy with themIt is very impressiveThey have very good ce which answered and solved all my questionsI would like to continue business with them and I recommend this companyThank you

I feel like this company has been very helpful, the staff and team has been great, at frist I wasnt sure but I definitely have to say I am very satisfied with my coverage, used it twice already
