Ultimate Bath installed a new shower in our master ensuite Great job We weren't in the position to do a complete renovation and, unlike other companies who quoted on the job, we were not pushed to do any more work than what we wanted A small problem at first due to an unforeseen issue with our floor but *** and *** rectified the problem immediately and after only a short delay our shower was expertly installed Installers were polite, professional, punctual and tidy Everything was completed in a day and we are very happy with our new shower that blends beautifully with the rest of the bathroom

First of all, Ulimate Bath System installed a shower for me a few years back. I recently called because I viewed water damage on the threshold of my shower. I even emailed pictures of the problem. I NEVER received a call. I called 2 weeks later complaining and I stated that I had to get someone else in to fix my problem. TERRIBLE SERVICE! That is not the best. I decided to give them another chance as I had some mouldings problems in the shower and wanted someone to look at it from Ulimate Bath Systems. It has been 2 weeks and NO One had come out to help me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Recently had Ultimate Bath Systems come back and finish bathroom renovation...again great work....looks amazing...professional service....definitely am confident in recommending them to others

Ultimate Bath Systems did a fair job renovating my bathroom with an acrylic surround and soaker tub. They were quick and professional. My only complaint is that the tub squeaks when walking or moving in it. I had contacted both the tub manufacturer and Ultimate Bath Systems. The manufacturer claimed it was a faulty install, while Ultimate Bath Systems claimed that all acrylic tubs squeak and there's nothing they can do. They attempted to redo the silicon, but it didn't improve anything.

Recently had tub and surround replaced.....was extremely happy with the service ... everything was explained fully before the work was done .... the installers were professional and everything was completed in one day (and looks great)..... would definitely use this company again and recommend to others
