Ultimate Branding

I did not receive the services I was promised when I purchased a digital program. I requested a refund but was denied.
On September 24, 2019, I purchased a program from Tanya A of Ultimate Branding LLC titled Ultimate Fan Page Profits for $297 USD. On September 19, I purchased another program called The Ultimate Branding Blueprint For $297 USD. I also paid $27 USD per month from September, 2019 until April, 2020 for access to Tanya's private group titled Business Blog Mastery Special. I also followed Tanya on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram and faithfully implemented her training advice and techniques to grow my network marketing business. After implementing Tanya's techniques and advice, my network marketing business Sales volume instantly plummeted by 70%. Due to the Covid pandemic, it suffered even more and I since shut down and quit the business.

A major part of Tanya's Fan Page Profits program is a personal review of the customer's Facebook fan page by Tanya with feedback and suggestions for improvement. I did not receive this review. I enquired over and over again and I was continuously being told it was coming right away and I'm next on the list, etc. The issue was eventually escalated to a manger and I was once again told I would receive the review right away. I still did not receive it. I was a very big fan of Tanya's so I decided to giver her the benefit of the doubt that I would receive my review. It never came. I finally requested a refund and was denied. I re-requested a refund and was denied again and told once more that I would receive the review.

Last week, I received a Facebook message from Tanya saying that my review was coming. Since my network marketing business is shut down, I said I wanted a refund and that the review is pointless right now. Tanya then blocked me on Facebook Messenger and I can not send her messages anymore. I wrote a review on her Facebook page and I did not get a response.

I initially requested my Facebook Fan Page review on January 26th, 2020 and still haven't received it. This is far more than enough time for Tanya to fulfill her obligation but she has not and her organization has now blocked me and stopped responding to me. I just want my refund for the programs. Because of our dispute, I do not trust that I will get a fair and honest review of my blog as part of her Ultimate Branding Blueprint course, or even a review at all like with her Ultimate Fan Page Profits course. I just want my money back.

I was Tanya's biggest fan and I feel completely let down and ripped off. I can provide the emails between myself and Ruth Paulina Mesa who works in customer service in Tanya's organization. I can also provide my Facebook Messenger conversation with Tanya.
