Review: This company falsely advertised its services as an employment agency for housekeeping and maintenance staff. An ad was placed on [redacted] soliciting applicants for training and placement in various positions in metropolitan hotels. I spoke with "[redacted]" who informed me that these positions require OSHA training that would be provided at their center. The fee for the class was $100 along with a $350 placement fee which was paid in full; I was provided with a receipt. I was instructed to come down to the center to meet with "[redacted]" who would process my paperwork and work on placing me. When I arrived at the 48th street location, I was informed by a number of other "clients" that the company was running a scam on job seekers and the location was a front. I immediately contacted the police who did their best to investigate but to no resolve. I was instructed to file a report with the Revdex.com. This business must be shut down so other people are not taken advantage of!Desired Settlement: Besides a full refund of my $450, I would like to press charges against "[redacted]" for fraudulent business conduct. Review: This company falsely advertises itself and rips off clients. You are told over the phone to bring around $100 for the cost of uniforms (for housecleaning type of jobs) and are told that you will make around $15.00 per hour. Once in the office you are told to give $150.00 for the services that the company is offering for jobs that pay closer to $9-12.00 per hour. After signing on the dotted line you realize that you owe an additional $100 that was never mentioned. At this point you are glad that you didn't take the more expensive option of paying $450.00 for OSHA certification. Unfortunately there are no refunds or cancelations. It is an outrage that a company like this is not out of business sooner since there have been more complaints by frustrated individuals by consumer reviews.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be investigated and shut down so that it cannot continue its fraudulent practices.

Hello. In responding to your previous message notifying me that my complaint was incomplete I would like now to request a refund from the company that I have filed the complaint against. I paid $100 in cash and I do have a receipt. I appreciate anything that you can do to help resolve this issue for me. Thank you.
