Ultimate Carwash

My car was driving fine when I left the car wash, so I didn't think that the bumpiness during the wash did any damageOnce I arrived home, minutes later, and got of my car and saw the damages, I went back to the car wash, not hours laterThe Manager yelled insults at me, called me a liarI drove off and called my momMy mom came to the car wash, which you can verify with herShe acknowledged that there was existing hail damage, but pointed out the obvious damage from the car wash brushes, and pointed out the blue carwash bristles still hanging out of the damages on the paintWe also asked to view the cameras, to point out that the indicated damages were in fact due to the damage from the carwashThe manager informed us that the didn't have camerasWe also informed him that we just purchased the vehicle weeks prior, and that the car lot could attest that those scratches weren't presentWe also showed the manager pictures taken of the car, weeks prior and they had no scratches, only hail damagesThe manager never had the general manager contact us, as promisedAlso, after reading reviews on the internet, it has become obvious that this was not an isolated incident, and that this has occurred to several other individualsIn addition, I took my car to an auto body shop, who confirmed that the scratches were consistent with damages from the brushes at the carwash and found pieces of brushes in several other scratches on the carHe said that, if the car isn't level, the brushes would be off balabce and could scratch a car.Complaint: ***

The story is not 100% true. She's claiming we damaged her car. Nothing went wrong inside the carwash. She left after the car wash. have a sign that we are not responsible for any damage that is not reported before you leave the premises. The sign is very visible.
She didn't come back until a few hours later. She broke through the gate and started yelling and honking her horn at the attendant. The attendant look at the dents and he informed her that the carwash couldn't put those types of scratches on the car and he told her the dents looked like hail damage. He showed her the damage sign. We watched a video and we could see some of the scratches and dents on it and even the rust underneath. The damage already had rust on it. Her mother called us and said her daughter didn't know how to conduct business. Then the consumer came back and told us that her husband said that the dents were already on the car. I tried to call her and no one answered. On the receipt, it has the damage disclaimer as well
