Ultimate Champions Taekwondo

Review: Master [redacted] from Ultimate Champions Taekwondo of Virginia, formerly Epic Taekwondo scheduled a Black Test for me on Friday December 22, 2012. This was completed before my relocation from Richmond VA, to Southfield MI due to work. The value of the test was $400.00 which it was supposed to include a new Uniform, Black Belt and certificate from World Taekwondo Federation in Korea. Check # [redacted] from SunTrust Bank was issued to Ultimate Champions and the test was completed, I was told I passed and I was given a used Black Belt. No other receipt was provided. I was told it could take 3 4 months to process this request since the application was going to be sent to Korea. However, it has been almost 7 months and I have yet to receive anything yet. I have not been able to speak to Master [redacted], as he has not answer nor return any of my calls. I have exchanged text messages, when he responds letting me know the same thing; that the application is still pending. Back in March, while I was in Richmond I was told he had received anothers person certificate instead of me. The last I heard from him was on 06/12/13, when he responded a text stating that the application was resubmitted again to the USAT but did not remembered the person that handle this request and he did not responded when the application was submitted again. I feel I am getting the runaround, and I was told by another friend which has a son attending to Master [redacted] School that he may be closing down the businessDesired Settlement: I want an honest answer, was this application ever submitted? I worked too hard for to many years to reach an accomplishment like this; however, if I am not getting a certificate issued he should have told me from the beginning instead of just collecting the money and giving me all these excuses for the past 7 months. Am I getting the certificate or not? If not I would like to have my initial payment of $400 refund it.
