In regards to [redacted] , we did sell him a Dodge truck at an extremely great price and it did have an issue with the electrical system, the prior owner had lights and sound systems hooked up all over the truck that were not removed correctly!that being said Cardinal Motors paid to have it taken to the Dodge Dealership to get the issues resolved for him! We were not liable or responsible to do any of this we just genuinely care about our customers well being...Enter mom filling my head with how this is "killing" her son how he will commit suicide if he doesn't get his waywhen we had the truck at dodge they were supposed to fix it, the replaced the cluster first but we quickly found out that wasn't the issue, then we traced all the old wires and pulled the inoperable ones outIn the mix of all of this the ground wire to the battery was loose that's what the final problem came to be [redacted] is the one who said "I'm very superstitious and this truck is Jinxed" what I said is life is what you make it; postulate good things and good things happen if you tell yourself its a bad truck it will be a bad truckI was attempting to change his attitude and outlook on account of his mother telling me he was suicidal! We never asked [redacted] to pay a dime of the repair cost even though he purchased it as is, we have stood behind him even offering a loaner he never picked up plus when his truck was completed he still would not take it, it was not withheld from him he refused to drive it! We did not try to put [redacted] into the Charger, he chose a Pontiac Gvalued at $13,to "swap" out with, we reached an agreement with the bank to do a collateral switch I informed him that the Gwasn't valued as high and to find something nicer...He chose the Charger that does book out at $17,NADA about $18,Black Book again he asked if we would do a collateral switch and I agreed, enter mom again saying no that's not good enough for her baby! Again his truck is fixed and ready to go whenever he decides to take it, all I would ask is for a simple thank you [redacted] for all you have done!

Not only have the issues been resolved I placed Mr [redacted] into a different vehicle, he should be beyond satisfied I would hope!!! Respectfully, Mike S [redacted] p.sMr [redacted] stated he was grateful and would withdraw his complaint

I am looking into this complaint. My General manager is out sick and will update as soon as he gets back. Customer has not provided us with a copy of the service charges she is wanting reimbursed for.Please provide us with that and I will go forward with this complaint.Fax to cardinal

I took these pictures for my mother to show her our new houseIt just so happened it was a coincidence that it was right before you showed upClear evidence that there was no damage done before you arrivedThere was NO reason to still perform your services on an area that was damaged, if it was (which it was not)You still do not see that the man could have pressed too hard with the vacuum to cause the damageNo one said it was the vacuumYou still will not listen to meYou do not out customers first at allNo apology, nothingYou should not be in businessCustomer are first and number one.

On March the 22nd a Sunday *** *** came to Cardinal Motors to purchase the Jeep Grand Cherokee, on a Sunday we're limited to the banks we have available, that being said we got the loan approved and delivered the vehicle ! *** *** came back in on or around the 17th of April and we resigned him
with a much lower payment, any issues that came about with service came later and we have been trying to help *** *** but he has a very busy work schedule and has not yet gotten back to us! I personally have been in contact with him again just days ago 7/1/and he informed me he was working plus hours maybe he even said close to hours a week and just doesn't have the opportunity to get the Jeep to usBut we will be attempting to help him as soon as he gets it to me. It is a big deal because this 'investigation' needs to be fairFrom the beginning, after a minute conversation with your 'star employee' Jacob, had insinuated I was lying and took up for this employee instead of hearing all the detailsDoesn't seem fair to the customer does it? Based on our experience along with ChemDry's we do not believe the cleaning process could have caused this damage.
We find it very curious that the customer makes a point of taking pictures before the technician arrives and does not inspect the couch after the technician completed the cleaning...

before he leaves.
We take customer complainants seriously and we always address them when we find them valid. In this case, we just don't agree with the customer.

Not only have the issues been resolved I placed Mr. [redacted] into a different vehicle, he should be beyond satisfied I would...

As far as we are concern this matter is already closed. We do not believe that we caused any damages to her sofa.
