Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I am receiving conflicting information from Award of Choice regarding their ability to reissue the gift certificatesThrough my initial ticket with Award of Choice customer service and through the response to this complaint filed with the Revdex.com I have been told that it is not their policy to reissue gift cards, even when no shipping confirmation had even been provided. However, I have now also heard from Vicki *** (***@ultimatechoice.com), the VP of Business Development and have been assured that new gift cards are being mailed.I appreciate that I am now being worked with directly by someone at Award of Choice / Ultimate Choice and they are dedicated to resolving my issue, but it would be great if there were better internal communication so that I am not told two different resolutions from one day to the next.Sincerely,
Joshua ***

it.  We confirmed with Mr. [redacted] his mailing address and let him know if his order is returned to us for any reason, that we would contact him for shipping instructions. Our company provides reward and recognition programs to corporations for their employees.  We were not contracted with Mr. [redacted] but with Mr. [redacted]’s Company.  Per our terms and conditions, Ultimate Choice is not responsible for errors or delivery issues made by the USPS.  As we are an incentive company, Mr. [redacted]’s employer – [redacted] Cellular is our customer and his remedy is to have [redacted] Cellular reissue an Award of Choice card.  Again, if the order is returned to us, we will contact Mr. [redacted] for shipping instructions.

I purchased two $25 gift cards and when I tried to activate the cards, I had to put in credit card info and was charged for the cards again. We spoke to the company and they reversed the credit card charges but never activated the cards. This company is a joke. I am out $50 and got nothing.

I'm really upset about this product. I was given this as a gift and it is asking me for my do credit card information and trying to charge me. I feel it's a scam and am very disappointed.
