Excessively long wait timesI sent a car clock to D&M and it sat for monthsI had to call several times to get it worked onAll I ever got was promisesIt still didn't work when it came backI sent it back and it sat for months once againIn the end I asked them to send it back which they didI lost good money on these guysWould I recommend them to anyone else? Absolutely notPerhaps there's someone out there who's happy with what they got but I'm not

The complaint we had on 4/13/has been rectified in that we sent the customer his items back We were holding them longer than expected as we were trying to figure out the best way to repair the radio (which included a spare sent by the customer) that had been damaged in shipping (D&M packs all our items to customers very carefully - They go out in much better shape than the way they are received.)

We have totally exhausted our resources in helping this customer with the Mustang Radio. We have a process of logging in all items shipped to us and tracking them through the process. The radio he is claiming is not his is the one that has been through the
whole process and was worked on and restored by our radio technician. Our radio tech does not work on the premises but he is very meticulous in his work and documentation. D&M does not exchange parts (Bait and Switch as the customer claims). We take pride in restoring the original equipment and parts the customer sends in. We have been in business over years and are national recognized for our work in restoring classic car instrumentsOur policy is not to offer refunds but we have a year warranty on all our service work and will work with the customer till the a situation is made right or we will offer a credit on any future work

This is *** with D&M restoration. I usually handle the calls here regarding radios. We are dealing with Mr.*** radio that was damaged in shipping and finding the needed parts for these radios can be difficult at times because of the age but not impossible.
Our technician has repaired one part of the radio and is still working on the other part where a tuning shaft was bent. We have not forgotten this job and customers issue. We are doing are best to resolve this issue as soon as we can

Without a doubt the worst customer experience ever! Ten months after sending them a radio for restoration I received it back in worse condition.Missing and broken parts, tuner shaft installed upside down, correct cloth cover wire loom replaced with a generic yellow wire of incorrect gauge. The radio is useless in the condition they returned it.
Never returned a phone call or an email, was assured the radio would be shipped to me at the end of the week , 15 weeks later no radio. Called and was told it was shipped,when asked for a tracking number was told they would have to call me back. They never did. Called them again and they admitted they had not shipped it.
Finally got it back in deplorable condition . Their "F" rating with the Revdex.com is well deserved,they seem to be striving for an "F-". Buyers Beware

Perhaps there's someone out there who's happy with what they got but I'm not. .
