This company is incompetent, fraudulent, and breaks their own leaseI chose this company on their contract which plauded their business attributes and their qualified managementI trusted my property to their care They never notified me when their company did a walkthrough; they made repairs when they weren't approved by me, the owner Their repair person was patheticNone of the repairs were done by a professional They broke the lease by subletting my condo without my approval; children and dogs were not allowed especially when they told me my unit was rented by a single man that traveled a lot I had asked for all repairs to be made by April 2, so I could sell my unit They did not meet my deadline They double charged the renter and myself for the same repairWhen my unit was rented, it was rented fully furnished (brand new furniture)They broke an office chair, dining room chairs, holes in the walls, drenched drywall in bathroom, dismantled a brand new baby bed etcI would never rent with them or let them manage my propertyInexcusable property management!!!!!! 10/14/
HORRIBLE experience with this companyThe property owner decided to sell the house out from under us right after All County offered us the option to renew; we then had to give up our privacy for a month as they gave away house keys to any real estate agent who wanted to show the propertyAt the end of the day, they ended up taking almost all of our security deposit for "repairs" to a house that was already falling apart and about to be renovated by new owners, essentially squeezing any money out of us they couldDO NOT RENT WITH THEMThey are cheap and will screw you for money if they get a chance
