Their website advertised a Kawasaki Brute force in stock and on sale for $7,till the end of February When I called the sales person, Ben, tried to sell me a BF that was on the floor for over $10, I had told him I wanted the basic model they had advertised for the above price He said he would check the warehouse for those in stock He called me back and said they didn't have any in stock and even if they did it would cost well over $A classic bait and switch I told him he should stop advertising the if they didn't have any Untrustworthy folks

My husband saw an advertised used cycle that he wanted to trade for After submitting an online finance application, now we were notified days later, that basically someone came in with cash and would we like to purchase something else? We told them no, withdraw the applicationWe do not feel this is ethical business practices It doesn't matter that you were first

Their website advertised a 2015 Kawasaki Brute force in stock and on sale for $7,493.00 till the end of February 2016. When I called the sales person, Ben, tried to sell me a 2016 BF that was on the floor for over $10,000. I had told him I wanted the basic model they had advertised for the above price. He said he would check the warehouse for those in stock. He called me back and said they didn't have any in stock and even if they did it would cost well over $8000.00. A classic bait and switch. I told him he should stop advertising the 2015 if they didn't have any. Untrustworthy folks.

Review: Had [redacted] serviced. Since time of service ski has not run correctly. After serveral attempts they indicated they could not make it better. After consult with another dealer the $1,200.00 part that was supposed to be installed was not a new part and was not properly registered with [redacted]. The ski was never correctly repaired.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

We have reviewed the complaint # [redacted] and our response is listed below.

In reviewing the history file, the customer visited our service department/dealership for the first time on 06/01/2012, one year and 2 months ago.

When the customer arrived to our service department, they requested that we diagnose a no-start condition on their [redacted]. After diagnosis of the no start condition, is was determined that the main control unit was not putting out enough voltage to start the ski.

We disagree with the customers statement that the replacement part was not a new part. [redacted] does not sell used parts to its dealers, only new [redacted] replacement parts.Ultimate Cycle ordered the part direct from [redacted] in California, [redacted] part# [redacted] and installed on the ski. The ski then started and we saw it running for the first time.

Parts were ordered from [redacted] directly and listed as the correct replacement part. We installed on the ski per [redacted] installation instructions. We are unclear what the customer is speaking about “not properly registered” with [redacted]. There is no type of registration done with [redacted] on any part we install as we are a franchised authorized dealer for [redacted]. The parts and labor were warranted against defects for 90 days.

Even though the no start repair was completed over 1 year ago, we welcome any documentation the customer has from his “consulting dealer” so we can make it available to [redacted] for their review.

We are a dealer in good standing and our technicians are all [redacted] trained and stand behind our work for 90 days parts and labor.

We would be glad to have a customer service agent from [redacted] call the customer to verify the part we installed.

Regards,

General Manager
