In regards to the above, on 5/10/check number *** was mailed to Mrand Mrs*** in the amount of $725.00. That check arrived at their home no later than 5/12/16. We do not wire fundsUnfortunately, we choose not to work with this client. Respectfully, James *

Review: My daughter and I attended an informational session. We were given a copied sheet to fill out which had the pricing, and the packages to chose from. I sent that and my check in once we had made a decision. The business cashed my check and then called me and told me I owed $72.00 more. I told them that it was illegal to do that. Once they cashed my check we had a legal contract for the original price let alone the ethics of what they did. They were not particularly nice about it and pushed me to pay the extra money which I refused since I know that there is a contract at the original price. The business says they refunded my money but I have yet to see it and I want my original check back since I do not live near the bank. I would like the original contract honored with an apology so that they learn this is not legal or ethical or they can wire the money into my account so I am not further inconvenienced since now I have to interview new contractors on short notice to start in several weeks.Desired Settlement: see above. Either they proceed which is what they agreed to do when they cased the check or they wire the money into my account at no charge to me.
