Review: I purchased a pair of customer earphones in December for 400.00. They were paid for immediately, but since then I have received nothing. The "cust service" rep [redacted] has made numerous promises about contacting me/ rushing my order/ and also refunding a part of the order I had to pay for twice...and has now stop responding to any emails. I called the contact number on the bottom of her email ([redacted]) and got an answering machine that with a message saying she was out of the office on Jan 19th and would be returning the next day. Calling the company's 888 toll free customer service number leads to a mailbox that is full and can't accept any voicemail messages. Order #[redacted]Desired Settlement: My order should be completed immediately, along with the 85.00 refund offered by [redacted] due to my ear impressions being returned by her company for no apparent reason. The refund offer is in writing in an e-mail I got from her when I threatened to cancel my order.
