I had asked if the seat cover came with the bike when I purchased it. I was told it would have to be purchased separately. And that it was not an option AT ALL. When I called the dealer to complain then that's when the salesperson finally asked someone else and admitted he had no idea it was even an option and I could have had that possibility if I wanted to wait longer.

person I delt with no longer works there. The sales manager was unaware of my situation and imeadiatly took action and refunded my deposit. I am very great full and will do business with them in the future
If the customer wants to swap this rear seat for a rear seat cover, we would entertain the solutionOther than that, there is nothing else we can do
