I stated that any repair over $will have to go to insurance I have worked with my insurance and normally when you deal with insurance it won't be a overnight thing, normally it takes to weeks My insurance contacted him and told him the issue From then on the
insurance will be the one I am dealing with

I have talked to my insurance last week and they told me that they tried contacting the home owner. They were supposed to let him know what the screw up on their part is. I have all the emails that I wrote to them and have them to back me up since this claimed opened up. I just wrote them another email regarding the refund amount and what is my next step. This is the 1st time I am using my insurance since I have been in this business and new to it. I am learning on how their system works and hope not using them again

Nobody has contacted me and he never said anything about over $400 will need to go to my insurance. I have text messages that backup my claims.I know plenty of people in the insurance field and it does not take 2-3 weeks to address a claim, maybe 2-3 days. Tomorrow will mark 4 weeks since incident.
