Review: I ordered Ultimate Muscle Black edition as a trial for $3.95. I then received a full bottle and was charged $89.43. I also was charged $4.95 for Elite 360 and also charged $89.00 for a full bottle. I never agreed to buy the trial version of Elite 360 so I'm not sure why they sent it to me.

I called on 11/9/15 to cancel the order and to request a refund since I did not order the monthly shipments. The person on the phone refused to credit a full refund and offered to credit 1/2. I accepted this offer.

I was still receiving the Elite 360 and could not figure out why. I checked my statements and saw that they were still charging me $89.00 each month. The description on the charge card is "Ultimate Muscles" and also "Ultimate Muscle Bla". The "Ultimate Muscle BLA" is the one that was credited and stopped. The "Ultimate Muscles" kept charging my card.

I don't understand how this company can send you 2 different supplements under 2 different names and when you call to cancel they only cancel one of them and keep charging you for the other. This is very deceptive. When you call to confront them they argue with you and refuse to give you a refund. This is not good business practices and seems very deceptive.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of Elite 360 charges $271.95
