Fast delivery, service was beyond excellent and prices were far reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

Awesome customer service. I will definitely order from again, I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought two flags from them, they said they would send me a flag pole free becasue it was part of their promotion. the flagpole does not fit the flags and when I called thursday a lady said she would check into it and call me back. she never did. I called agiain today 07/17/20 spooke to a gentleman and told him I had an issue and a lady was suppose to call me he said well there is only one lady in that office so he put her on. She said they run into that problem now and then and that I should go to hardware store and buy some washers too fix the issue. First I dont know how washers would fix the issue but the sould have sent me a flagpole that fit the flags that they sold me. I spent $124.90 on two flags thast I can't fly now. This is fraud, they know of the issue but continue to sell the products and then tell people to use washers from hardware store!!!! They should send me a flage pole designed to fit the flags rthat they sold me. Check their websit it says buy two items get third free of equal value. There is now where on their site that says make sure about size of grommets on flag and siz of pole your going to get becasue you have no way of knowing. I relied on their sales person to match the flag pole to the flags that I bought.But to tell me to go get washers to fix it is just plain wrong!!!! They should be forced to send a flagpole that fits the flags, its only common sense especially sice they admitted to haveing the issue before....This is fraud. Im a disabled veteran and every penny I spend I have to watch my only income is disbility and they should be ashamed to screw people like me over.They never offered to tae producet back just told me to get washers, thats poor business and if I was on social media I would let everyone know not to use these people!!!!

Replacement send me flagpole that fits the flags that they sold me. It's what anyone with commmon sense would do .OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE THEY FLAG POLES THAT FIT THE FLAGS , THEY SELL THE FLAGS..... i believe WHAT THE DID WAS SELL ME EXPENSIVE FLAGS BUT THEN THRU IN A CHEAP FLAGPOLE AND THIS IS THE ISSUE. send ME A FLAGPOLE THAT FITS THE DANG FLAGS. iT'S HARD FOR ME TO GET AROUND WITH MY DISABILITIES AND I *** SURE Shouldnt HAVE TO jerry RIG THEIR PRODUCT JUST TO GET IT TO WORK. thats ONLY resaonable.

I think you have us confused with another company. We do NOT offer free flag poles as a promotion.

I think this customer has us confused with another company. We don't offer free flag poles as a promotion. I can not find any order in our system related to any data related to this complaint. I check with the name, phone number, email and the address. No order came up.

We have no records in our support files regarding any communication with this customer either.

1 MONTH-NO FLAG- DONT BLAME THIS ON COVID - 19 - I'm IN FLORIDA - USPATRIOT FLAGS IN FLORIDA - COULD HAVE WALKED the 223 miles between two cities 3 or 4 times now -- WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.. ( I ORDERED READING GLASSES FROM TEXAS AND THEY GOT TO MY RESIDENCE 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERING???? )..

I apologize for the delay in shipping of the item you ordered. The flag industry has had EXTREM demand, supply disruptions, and attacks from society of certain flags that we sell, as well as shipping delay within the shipping companies. We are still waiting from our suppler to send the item you ordered. It is on the way! As soon as we receive products in our office they are shipped out immediately. If you do not want to wait for your item, we will be happy to refund your order. To do so, you just need to send email to the service department found on your order confirmation email that you received.

Ordered a flag last week. Charge went through on my card. Haven't received flag yet. CS phone goes directly to VM. Have left several messages. No response, no flag but they have my money.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel the item took longer to get to you then you expected. Just to NOTE, the item you had ordered is a custom made item that we have made as orders for that item come in. They usually take 7-10 days to make and send out. However during this season , we have had VERY high demand and unusual supply chain disruptions, which has cause slight delays. Looks like your item was received a few days after you made this comment.
