Ultimate Garage Floors and Specialized Coatings

I had my shop floor painted in and the product did not adhere proper either preparation problem or product problem regardless the company admitted to the issue and stated they would redo the floors during the holidays the following year, we agreed to with holding full payment until job was completeI contacted the owner after several phone calls and finally his back was out or back surgery not sure which but he stated he couldn't do it during the holiday last year and we would handle it this year, I reached out after several calls and he got back to me stated hi was going on family vacation during this time and after further conversation he stated that he never was going to redo my floor I then requested him to come to my shop to review the issues with the floor and he stated this communication is over until I pay him in fullSo I am left no choice but to reach out for help from you folks
