Terrible experience! Terrible experience! My husband had heard the Gutter Guard gutters were excellent, and we also wanted vinyl/aluminum covering for the soffits and door frames. After a high pressure sales pitch, he agreed to the premium price, convincing himself that "you get what you pay for". Unfortunately, this was "too good to be true". Ultimate Gutter Guard did not deliver the trained, professional, and efficient service they promised. The job was scheduled for 3-4 days and it took 10 days to complete, with the production manager finishing the gutter work himself. Workers arrived late or not at all and our yard was a disaster. There was minor damage to the grass and landscaping and the final cleanup was not as thorough as we had been promised. We had to supervise the work, call the company with numerous concerns and point out installation discrepancies in an attempt to get what we were sold. We were repeatedly given false/conflicting statements by the salesman, general manger, production manager and workman. I was solicited door to door by Gutter guard by Southern (Ultimate Gutter Guard Huntsville). I told [redacted] that I just want a quote to replace the gutter on the back of the house.

I told [redacted] from Gutter guard when he soliciting door to door that I didn't want a 45 minute spiel about gutters or other problems with the house, just a quote for the gutters on the back of the house. He agreed. Two fellows show up at today at the appointed time [redacted] and [redacted], I told them that I just want a quote on the gutters for the back. They were nice and personable. But they were pointing out issues with the house other than the quote on the back gutter. While this is nice I was busy and only wanted them to focus on the quote. When they asked about the misses and was she available to talk to about the gutter and other options, that's when I knew these folks had no intention of honoring the customers wishes. They said that's the way they do business, I told them that we don't have any further business.

I felt that business practices was leading to a high pressure pitch. I would like to post a review to warn other folks of their tactics.
