Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:my insurance adjuster came out too look at car said it was poor craftsmanship on car it will take to fix that car plus the same or more to fix other carAlso I received a letter from my insurance saying I owe money for the deductible that you guys were suppose to pay and that's in the paperwork Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We did break our contract with Ultimate Hail, we asked that we be notified once the adjuster had seen our cars and we did not want anyone to start working on our cars until someone went over the costs and what exactly would be done to our carsThat request was ignored, I called them the day the adjuster was there and they told me they could not reach anyone at the shop, that was on a SundayI explained again not to touch our cars and we would be there Monday morning at a.m.When we got to the shop there were four workers pulling the Nissan apart and the Suburban had the headliner already taken downWe were upset and told them to put the cars back tother and we no longer wanted to do business.We were then given an estimate of $to include the rental cars and other miscellaneous chargesWe left one of the rental cars and picked our cars up a few days laterThe total cost was $2480.We did not pay Hertz for the rentals we paid Ultimate Hail directly so they SHOULD have the receipts for that.When we were given the receipt in office the office manager signed itIt clearly shows an itemized accounting of the rental cars.We have since been reimbursed in full by our insurance company for the rentalsThey do not deserve a high rating with the Revdex.comTo know that they are willing to go to this extent to lie about something so trivial and treat customers so poorly, they certainly do not deserve a high rating with the Revdex.com.Thank you,*** ***

The complaint in question was two vehicles brought to our shop for hail repair on 4/16/16. [redacted] & [redacted] were both provided a rental car, at no cost to them. Our adjuster met with Liberty Mutual to go over damage & write an estimate. The repairs were approved on 4/24/16....

Contracts were signed for both vehicles approving repair once their insurance company approved repair and a direction to pay was also signed to release any payment to Ultimate Hail & Dent. After being approved for repair [redacted] decided she did not want to fix the vehicles, breaking the signed contract. She was charged a storage fee for each vehicle for the day it sat at our shop. Ultimate paid for both rental cars & we have the receipt from Hertz, therefore Liberty Mutual would not reimburse [redacted] for the rental because she did not pay for it.

complaint from the Revdex.com which entailed you accusing us of causing scratches and rock chips on the paint of your vehicle will be denied. Even though you refused to look at the pictures we still sent the pictures to the Revdex.com. These pictures clearly show that your vehicle had pre-existing damage (scratches and rock chips on various parts of your vehicle) in your driveway before your vehicles came to our shop. We take high resolution pictures as standard protocol before a vehicle leaves any customers driveway in order to protect both the customer and ourselves. Moreover, we sent the Revdex.com proof that your insurance company only paid for paintless dent repair on your vehicle proving that your insurance company denied that the scratches on your vehicle were from the hail storm. In other words, your insurance company did not pay to have the scratches repaired nor did they pay for any paint work on either of your two vehicles. If you look at the proof then you to can easily see that those scratches and rock chips were on your vehicle before it ever left your driveway headed to our shop.                                   Sincerely,                                   Ultimate Hail & Dent Co.

Also I received a letter from my insurance saying I owe money for the deductible that you guys were suppose to pay and that's in the paperwork
