Review: I went to this salon for eyelash extensions that were for a wedding I paid $150 for the service and an extra $26 for a product to use on them. The extensions were supposed to last anywhere from 4-6 weeks give or take. I got them done 2 days before the rehearsal dinner and followed all the dos and don'ts of taking care of them the nite before the wedding which was the day after the rehearsal dinner around 20 of them fell off and I was left with a few stragglers...I've had eyelash extensions done once before from a different place that were amazing so I knew what I was dealing with...anyway I called the next day and left a voicemail stating what happened in which I received a return call that I have as a voicemail stating they would refund the $150 but not the product I bought which I was ok with so I called them back to leave my information so they could mail my check like they asked and that was over 2 months ago and I've received nothing and I've called several times and never got a call back and I've left several voicemails. I just want my money back for the extensions like they agreed to.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $150
