I recently had to call ultimate heating and cooling for a service call, the problem was resolved after a short time whereupon I paid cash to avoid the taxlater on however I decided to pay the extra to get a receipti called the owner to inform him of my decisionhe asked for my E- mail address and told me he would send the receipti in turn agreed to leave the extra money in the mail slot at their edinburgh place locationafter five days the money the money was not picked up and subsequently informed the owner that I no longer wanted the receipt.my other complaint is the fact that there is a closed sign in the door at the edinburgh place location but their mail slot is fullthere is no forwarding address, just a phone no***
