On July 28, 2018, I pur***d a certified Platinum AWD Nissan Murano from this business The Murano was advertised as having 24,miles on it and it was advertised as $32, I discussed thoroughly the mileage with ***, the salesman because my Murano trade only had miles on it and this vehicle had more than half the miles as my trade; talked to him about the mileage for awhile Then, they offered 10,for my trade which I found insulting; I was told the was marked down so low and that is why they had to give me less for my trade My response to that was that it wasn't my fault they advertised the car at such a low price and it had nothing to do with the value of my trade My car was in great shape, maintained at the dealership and had low mileage They came back with a little over 11,for my trade so I proceeded with the pur*** I found ***, the finance guy to be the most customer oriented at the business that day The next morning,

I purchased a used vehicle from this business in accordance with a purchase agreement dated July 10, On this date I made payment for this vehicle Payment included costs for purchase price, processing fees, and taxes Payment was made with a check and travehicle I received the "new" used car that day and have been driving it since The problem is that in October 2018, I received an invoice from the business claiming that I owe them $ They claim that this charge is a difference in DMV fees and that they did not collect enough money when the deal was finalized I have received an invoice each month since I don't believe that I am responsible for this charge There was no indication on the purchase agreement that the fees agreed to were estimates I sent a letter to the business in November explaining the issue and requested that they send me no more invoices I received another invoice in December
