The customer signed a 3 year term agreement for 3.0Mbps x 3.0Mbps (see attached) and we installed the circuit as ordered. This speed is twice as fast as a T1 circuit which many companies use so the speed is not too...
slow.
The only reason why the customer is saying the speed is too slow is because he ordered service with another provider AFTER our service was installed and they wanted to get out of their signed agreement with our company.
