I do not accept the response due to the fact that it lacks validity.  There have been absolutely no efforts made on the behalf of the landlord to resolve the mold issue on the inside of the premises; it is in plain sight.  The lease does not state that the bathrooms must be segregated.  I would have no problem if it were separated by gender and nothing else.  All accusations made toward my business are false and lewd attempts to ruin  the reputation there of. Again, all I want is to be treated fairly and to honor the contract until it reaches completion. I also would like the landlord and/or all affiliates to only contact me via email if they must.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
