The complaint is similar to the complaint I made against the company. I was led to believe that my complete job would cost $325.00. At no time did [redacted] mention anything about trunklines. He charged me $35.00 for those.I am also faxing you the bill he gave me showing that he did that. The only thing he told me over the phone when I made the appointment is that he charges $325.00 for up to ten vents and/or returns and an additional $15.00 for each vent and/or return over ten. I had eleven vents/retums for a total of $340.00. The coupon was $40.00 off the basic service of $325.00 which brings it to $285.00 plus the $15.00 for the extra vent/return I have. When I asked him over the phone if that was correct, he said yes. He didn’t mention ANY of the extra cost involved until after he looked around my house. As I stated in my original complaint, I only agreed to sign the work order and pay the extra costs because he was already there and my house was already torn apart to give him access to my vents and returns. As the other customer said in his complaint, [redacted] has a complete lack of integrity and honesty. Not just one of the coupons, which state on them valid only one coupon per offer. The $40 off coupon as well as the free sanitizer and free dryer vent cleaning coupons. Upon arrival she showed me thru the home and I explained what needed done what would cost additional and then filled out a written estimate sheet for her. Which she agreed on the recommended services. Which took about 4 hours or so to complete. On the flyer she received , it does state that a technician will give a written estimate upon arrival, BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED. Which was done.As for the fan or motor found there was nothing on furnace with belts or anything of that sort. It may have been something that was found and set up there.I will contact her in the morning in regards to that. Review: I was told that it would cost me $325.00 to have my air ducts cleaned provided I had up to 10 vents/returns. Additional vents/returns would be $15.00 each. This quote was given to me over the phone. I had a coupon for $40.00 off. I was told that the cost would be $285.00 ($325.00 minus the $40.00 coupon). I informed the owner that I had an additional vent/return for a total of 11 vents/returns & was told it would be an additional $15.00. I made the appointment. I moved my furniture so he would have better access to the vents/returns. He showed up on time, looked around & filled out a work contract that totaled $485.00 minus the coupon which brought the job to $445.00 plus tax. What he never told me until he got to my house is that he charges extra money for the panels & caps he uses, in my case $35.00. He neglected to tell me that he charges for an additional main/return duct in the basement, in my case $65.00. That's an extra $100.00 right there. He also charges $45.00 to clean & inspect the furnace. I opted for that service, so that was my choice. Bottom line is that a service I thought was going to cost me approximately $325.00 w/coupon & tax included ended up costing me $473.92. I agreed to go ahead & get it done only because he was already there, it needed to be done & I had my house torn apart. He should've been up front regarding all his extras before I made the appointment. I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone. Also, I found a fan or motor belt in my basement the following day. When I called to ask him what it might be from, he never returned my call. So much for "if you have any questions, call me". Between his hidden costs & not bothering to return a phone call, I don't know how this guy stays in business. He's not honest from the very beginning. Why quote a price when you know you aren't going to honor it? And don't tell a customer to call with any questions if you have no intention of calling them back. I learned a lesson. Unfortunately, he'll do this to someone else.Desired Settlement: I won't get a desired outcome. This guy will keep doing this as long as he can get away with it. I do hope other people see this complaint so they know what he's about.

Review: Owner/operator gave a price of $310 for a total home air duct cleaning. He showed up on the agreed time and date and had my girlfriend sign the paperwork (I was at work). Immediately upon her signing, he asked if she wanted the returns and furnace done as well. She said yes and he informed her that it would be an additional $200. That was not what was agreed to and he never made mention of this not being a complete job priced at $310. When my girlfriend informed him that we would not be doing business with him because of the added fees, he demanded $75 for coming out. Complete lack of integrity and honesty.Desired Settlement: No settlement requested.
