Ultimate Lawn Service is Fantastic! I have hired them twice to date. Once at my mother's home where her yard was so overgrown looked like a jungle. They did such an excellent job at a reasonable price! This past week I hired them for my home. They took care of my overgrown lawn and took out a large tree stump that the previous home owners left, that grew like wildfire! Yard looks awesome now.

Very dishonest. I chose this company based on reviews I saw online. They took advantage of my absence and did not perform services I paid for. I was pre-paying and at the time of cancelling they still had one day of service to do. They never refunded the money to me as I requested. Avoid at all costs.

I hired Ultimate Lawn Service to clean up my front yard through direct email and phone contact with Jose ***. The reason I chose this business is because of them being a Revdex.com accredited business and an A+ rating. I told Mr. what I wanted and also inquired that any sprinklers that they break will be repaired at their expense. Well, they did a beautiful job, but upon further inspection, I found some issues. First noticed was the bushes on the East side of the house in front of the fence. I requested that they be trimmed down to 3 feet. I'm not a tall person at only 5'3" tall, and the bushes are as tall as I am. So they did not trim them down as I requested. The second thing I noticed is the 2 trees on the West side of the house in front of the fence were beautifully trimmed on the front side, but were not trimmed on the back side. I had told Mr., that when they trim the back of those trees to just let the branches fall into the backyard and leave them there as I have dogs and will clean it up when I got home. But they didn't even trim the back at all!!!! Third thing I noticed is that the drip irrigation sprinklers for the trees, shrubs, flowers and ground cover were nearly all cut of! When I asked him about this, he simply said they weren't in the right places and refused to repair what they damaged. He never responded about the other things. And then the last thing I noticed that weekend (didn't get a chance to check before then) was that at least 2 of the regular lawn sprinklers were broken. In fact one of them completely came off when the sprinklers were turned on!!! They really did a beautiful job, but the cost was $330 and I don't feel like I should have to pay more to hire someone else to fix what they damaged, or to finish what they failed to finish.
