DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I understand that mistakes happen and things can go wrong But I think the best companies and owners are those who can deal with those situations and make it right for the customerI will not go into the entire story but this company screwed up our reservation so badly that the high school students almost missed the entire danceThen, when I attempted to contact management the week after to just discuss what happened emails and phone calls were ignored by management I was continually told by "Carol" that the owner would get back to me but crickets! The owner listed as "Andy W***" filed a affidavit with my CC company stating "there were no issues." I don't even care about the money I was prepared to pay what I did But the fact that this company couldn't even own up to the issue and at least credit for the 1/hours we waited for someone to get to us is absolutely unjustifiableI have used many car, van, driver services out there and never have I been treated like this company treated us SO, please use another service because if something does go wrong, it will be a train wreck for you

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/11/03) */ My name is [redacted] I am responding to this complaint from [redacted] we had no issues with his reservation he originally booked a party bus for 7hrs to go from Los angeles to San Diego which is no problem but the driver has to have a break... legally so I spoke with [redacted] and went over his details when someone rents a party bus they will usually go to a designated place but he wanted to go from LA to San Diego without stopping we cannot do that so I asked him if they were going to go to the gas lamp district and usually people go to the bars and hang out for a while he said no we are driving straight there and back and I explained to him the driver has to have at least one hr down time so he agreed to 8hrs total time instead of 7hrs and we had no issues on this reservation they had a good time so I dont know why the complaint thank you [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 10, 2015/11/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Mr. [redacted] again has completely ignored my complaints as he did so on the phone. My complaint is that he breached the terms of our contract. I had a contract for nearly 2 weeks before this event which I was told by his employee [redacted] is binding. I explicitly asked her because I saw a complaint on YELP of Mr. [redacted] exploiting another customer in very similar fashion. I was told by his own employee [redacted] that it would take 2 hours and 30 minutes max to get there and get back. That means his driver would of had 2 hours of down time. His own employee suggested 7 hours would be more than adequate. He called me 3 hours before my event to say that all of a sudden I am expecting the driver to drive nonstop. Suddenly a 2 hour and 20 minute drive has become 3 hours and the driver must legally need an hour to rest.I am not understanding his math that 3 hours there and 3 hours back means I am asking him to drive nonstop. That still leaves 1 hour of downtime. I do not understand Mr. [redacted] 's math. Even so, this was NOT the case. I noted the time it took to get there and get back, and it wasn't 3 hours. If this was the case, his employees should of made these points clear. If this was the case, why didn't Mr. [redacted] contact me in the two weeks leading up to the event to explain his legal duties to his driver? Why did Mr. [redacted] wait until he knew I could not book another service before he dismissed me on the phone and forced me with 3 outcomes: 1) pay $175 extra for the exact same service I was already contracted for 2) pay $210 for an extra hour that I did not need or 3) cancel my birthday plans 3 hours before hand when I already had 40 people committed. He held my birthday party hostage. For him to charge me for what he claims was the mistake of his employees when I had a binding contract is wrong. What is the point of a contract if he can change it as his discretion a few hours before an event? We had an agreement to which we were both bound to. He broke that agreement and that is a fraudulent business practice that he must be held accountable for. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 12, 2015/11/13) */ I have responded to this complaint and we cannot drive 8hrs straight without a break or charging a gas surcharge fee which this gentleman did not pay he agreed to being in San Diego for 2hrs instead of driving there and coming straight back if he did not want to do that it was up to him to say yes or no and we made an agreement and everything was fine we were there early no issues with service and they had a great time thank you [redacted] Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 14, 2015/11/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have a copy of my contract. I know what I agreed to and what I did not agree to and I will gladly show the details of my contract. For the third time this gentleman has completely ignored the complaint that he breached a contract. Now he is lying and saying that I agreed to something which was never mentioned as I have previously stated. I could of said no 3 hours before my event...leaving me with no time to find a replacement service or I could say yes and pay extra money for something that we had previously agreed too. It is obvious that this gentleman does not know that a contract is a binding agreement, and so if he wishes to force my hand I will pursue all avenues available to me. What he did is fraud. If there are driving limitations that is something that should be told to the consumer before a purchase of a vehicle. Why was I never told? Why was I told the contract was binding by his employees and told it would not change only for him to call me the day of and add extra charges? Why does this man keep insisting that I wanted this driver to drive nonstop when I had the bus for 7 hours? As I stated it took 2 1/2 hours to get there and 2 1/2 hours to get back. If [redacted] would do the math that is 5 hours giving his driver more than enough time to get his legally required rest. Why sir was I forced by you to either by another hour or pay $175 extra for my service that I already contracted you for? It is funny to me that in his previous response [redacted] said his driver needed an hour of downtime...which he more than had. Now [redacted] is claiming 2 hours. Which is it sir? It should be known to everyone who does business with this man that he can break a contract and change the terms without consequence. Like I said previously if he cannot answer to his obvious breach of contract and he keeps avoiding it all together in his responses then other avenues will have to be explored

Had a pickup scheduled with this limo company for our wedding party and the limo driver was extremely latePickup time was at Pm and he showed up after PmHe put us in a position were some of our bridesmaids had to take their own vehicles to arrive on time for the weddingWhen he finally got to the groomsmen he was talking about doing cocaine in front of my jr groomsmen ages to He had called multiple times to tell me he was going to be there earlier than what he actually was, for example at PM he called and told me he would get the bridesmaids at We then called at and still wasn't thereI tried getting a hold of the owner by calling everyday and they do not care about good business practices or repeat business so they just avoid meI also told the limo driver to charge my card that was on file and he wouldn't leave until I got my wallet and regave him the card informationI would've never signed anything from them but I was almost late for my own wedding

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2015/07/30) */
I am responding to a charge back we received we made a reservation with [redacted] on 3/23/2015 for a Chrysler 300 limo for 3 hours June XX XXXX. Sent her confirmation she put down 100 deposit which is non refundable on our terms and...

conditions paper work which was sent to her when she made her reservation on 6/2/2015. She called an cancelled her reservation she was reminded that there would be a cancellation fee but we waived it because her deposit was nonrefundable. I don't know why she cancelled her reservation but she knew the deposit was non refundable. there should be no issues with this issue. I am faxing over email confirmation & reservation sheet showing that this was nonrefundable deposit.
